"I'm lookin' for someone, someone with a good deal o' knowledge of artefacts an' I don't mean the ones the Corsairs sell. I want knowledge an' I'm willin' to pay, the more you can tell me the more you get.
Send me a transmission on this frequency addressed to Fence an' this is an open transmission so expect a reply from me personally.

Good morn Fence.
I can only assume that you refer to artefacts that may still hold some.....power.
Ones that are not long dead and dormant and little more than pretty chunks of rock.
I do not have any currently (dangerous things to simply keep lying around), but I do know where to acquire such, how they must be handled and trasported safely, and a few of the ....properties they might possess.

"Those live ones ain't the type I'm interested in, well not yet anyway.
The type I'm talkin' about is nothin' like I've ever seen. Got handed to me by a Gaul too. Now I can't make heads or tails of this thing so I need someone who can."
In that case, you'd want either an LSF researcher or a Sair one. Far as I know them's the only two doing any sort of looking into artefacts and ancient Nomad and Pre-cursor technology.
I don't know any LSF researchers ( would if I could eh?) but I do know a damn good Sair one, well, former Sair: Adrianna the Exile.
I've it on good authority she's one of the foremost authorities in the Edge on xenotechnology and xenobiology, and she's for hire too.
I'll attach commcodes and send a introduction her way; she'll be expecting the transmission.
Don't worry bout a fee for the handshake, either; she's got an open tab on account of having a bad habit of saving my bacon. Cheers,
The Auctioneer. .....displaying attachments

Hello lad, i know what you are talking about. there are some rumors that in Gallia in some remote place some artefacts so called has been discovered. However they are very rare stuff and difficult to obtain. I might try to procure some , but for a good price of course and keeping mouth shut. Have contacts with Gallic junkers.
A rather rare subject to be looking into hm? Whats unknown is sometimes best that way, but if you are indeed curious, those who ask shall receive.
Seeing you have interests such as these, perhaps I can help you. This is not a free measure mind you, I do not want credits. Yet there are many other things I wish to acquire. Let us meet in person, I will refuse to do business over a invisible comms signature on the Neural Net, I prefer to do things the.. Old fashioned way if you would like to call it so.
I see you already have another participant.. 'willing' to share information. All I will have to say, is that its your loss.
Decline, I would understand. Not that I would care, a trade for a trade is always a convenience I should say. Contact me with the attached signal encryption keys. That is all.
Is there something wrong with Artifacts of finest Corsair origin, Senor? I can't see who you are, but your voice sounds mucho familiar...
*is lying*
Maybe I could remember if I know you, if I push my self just a little bit harder.
*plays with a Corsair Customs Clearance stamp*
In the other hand, maybe you ARE dealing with our fine Artifacts already... Who knows... In that case, sorry to waist your time, Senor.
*sigh*
I just go loco whenever I just think about someone's not satisfied with Corsair ways of doing business.
*calms down and winks*

-ID: 1878118 <Martin Welch> Liberty Security Force
The Liberty Security Force is continuing to tighten its grasp on all illegal artefacts.
We have eyes and ears everywhere, particularly in those areas known for their artefact smuggling routes. We also have agents periodically raid any leads and suspicious activities regarding alien artefacts.
Right now Artefact interdiction is the LSF's Research Development and Analysis branch priority; this comes from the top. Anyone in Liberty or even outside Liberty systems caught smuggling Artifacts is going to spend some time in an interrogation chamber, and then a long time on the Sugarland making toys.
Be advised, we will be on the lookout and we will be investigating this matter. We will keep extensive track of this channel.
*A particular gallic somebody who certainly wouldn't want to execute anything as drastic as naming himself in the presence of Liberty's finest grizzles at the camera. How nice.*
"Ah, Mr Fence, utmost apologies for not cutting to your somewhat terribly encrypted offer sooner, but slothfulness makes for quite the mistress."
*yawns*
"Anyway my estimable partner in profiteering, placing aside any unwanted digressions I assume you are a man of business, oui? And when I mention business I mean, The Business, which happens to be a rather well-paying one at that, even if does occasionally feed the bowls of Police Plaza with the odd imbecile or twenty seven. But I'm sure you're much too intelligent for that, dear compadre."
*a click of the finger, a frown, another click of the finger, and a slight blur of video editing and a peculiar, misshapen morass of xenobilogical curios flickers into the foreground, and Ach**le seizes the moment to pop to the bathroom. The whole procedure takes about twelve interminable minutes.*
"...Apologies for the delay mon ami, please do not take it upon yourself to assume that the little digression back there will even slightly serve as a metaphor for the potential delivery times for the certain; contrary-to-the-artifact banned goods that we happen to be discussing so freely. Anyway..."
*he waves flippantly at the screens*
"...If you just take a moment to observe these little overlay contraptions here, you'll note that I have far more Gallic artefacts in my possession than I feel even remotely comfortable with. As for the matter of them being dead... well, they're currently not but I'm sure that minor irritant can be rapidly solved with several shots of something strengthening and a sizeable hammer. Do not worry monsieur, I happen to be rather proficient at catering to the demands of the consumer, If I do say so myself."
"So, Mr Gardenfence, if you would be so kind as to initiate some form of contract with myself or any one of the trained monke... personages... back at the 'Wealth, then by all means you are liberated to do so. Now, do I realise it's only courteous to possess the contact information of the relevant shipping contractor (namely me), but with a certain Mr Manson peeking his considerable nose into these affairs a certain... veil of self-discretion is only appropriate, oui?"
"And as for payment, well? Pay me whatever the fuc<censored> you like! It's a free world."
