Subject: A tragic defeat
As I flew through Cambridge I was contacted by Haydon who had seen the wanted Killer$Transport near Battleship Suffolk. As I flew there he contacted me again saying that an HF Battlestar showed up as his escort. This was obviously too much of a challenge to take down in two Hussars, so we took out our Challenger bombers. As soon as we got back they both fled to Dublin. We chose to pursue them.
After we entered the system they were nowhere to be found. We were only just discussing what to do, before we were contacted by .:UoG:.A*Hall and were ordered to leave the system. After some debate about it being a good plan to attack them in our bombers we decided to engage. We couldn't find him and his friend .:UoG:.A*Phobos, who came from Londonderry in the meantime. We chose to wait at Essex and make up a plan. We decided to once again go ofter Killer$transport. After a few seconds though, the UOG appeared on long range scanners.
We engaged both Greyhounds. The fight took long, and brought us from Essex to the south-eastern gold cloud in Dublin, and back. After fierce fighting Haydon was destroyed, but I managed to tractor in his escape pod. I managed to survive for some time, untill I ran out of Bots and Bats. As I was turning away they shot me.
Thankfully we were both picked up by a passing patrol. I am sorry to report this defeat, but we stood almost no chance.

Gentlemen,
After a cup of tea, with some biscuits of course, on front of New London planet, a HR battlecruiser
Emerged.
I said to him that he must leave this system where he isn't welcome, and in a same time, i was trying to find renforts for this big problem.
Fortunatly, a QCR bomber, Sir Drake and a true BH, called Cowboy came to the rescue.
we engaged him, but....maybe too much biscuits...or cold tea......all of us was destroyed after a short fight...
A chance that Bretonians ship be equipped by best escape pod from Sirius !

I would like to applaude you all for your bravery in action over the past few days. Today, Mr. Roxburg and I made contact with CR forces. We told them nicelythatall they needed to do to end all hostilities was to comply with Bretonian law, and purchase a Nomad License.
After stalling for time, the CR Forces told us to "take it up with our Queen," and several other insulting statements.
As a result, Mr. Roxburg and I ordered the fiends to leave, but they did not. With the arrival of the HMS Invincible, we managed to take down one of them. Unfortunately, my control stick jammed, and I was taken out myself by one of their pilots!(I got a phone call...)
Their actions will not be tolerated. They can no longer break the laws of our nation and get away with it.

Subject: The breaking of the siege over Planet New London
Hello fellow officers,
As I was starting the day, I got into my Hussar, and when I turned on my scanners, suddenly, I noticed two UoG ships in the New London system.
I imidietly launched to space, there I was amazed to find three corsair tagged ships - two Gun Boats and a Kussari Cruise Liner,
Due to the fact i was lacking in firepower, I did not engage the enemy and redocked.
i was sitting in my ship, watching the fight above over my scanners, as the corsairs shot down one of the UoG ships, then i suddenly remebered I last landed my QCR bomber in NL.
Quickly I rushed to my bomber and got it up and running.
I then contacted Comodore Drake via long range comm and asked for hus assitance in handeling the corsair siege over planet New London.
He happily responded and headed my way. As he got close, I launched into space and we both engaged the Indipendent Corsair Gun Boats - Freedom and Fera.
The fight was short and in the end we came out victorious.
We even got some loot out of them - nomad weaponry, and we managed to free some BAF and BPA pilots, even two admirals.
All in all, a Great day for Bretonia and for our graceus queen.

Gentlemen,
on today's patrol, we had another of the Leprechauns' attempt to disturb the peace in Bretonia. Sergeant Vimes called me from New London, were the Molly vessel .:UOG:.A*Hall (a Greyhound) was provoking us on the system-wide frequencies.
After a short search, we found the terrorist near Southhampton, taking out one of our patrols. We engaged him immediately. We didn't fight for long as he was joined by one of his comrades, the .:UOG:.A*Decoy (another Greyhound, the bandits seem to heavily rely on those ships because of their manoeuvrability).
We already had the Hall badly damaged when Constable Paddock joined the combat.
Soon, the Hall began to flee and unfortunately, he got away in the Southhampton Debris Field. With the damage done, he shouldn't be a threat to any citizen in our space though. As only one enemy remained, we concetrated on him. The Decoy was aware of his handycap though and found a way to withdraw from the battle as he entered the range of the Molly destroyer in New London.
As we returned to our patrol, he made it to Dublin and didn't return. Anyways, for now, the area is safe again! Next time, we will end what we have begun today.

This is particularly tragic, as I have learned that Mr. Scott has been CAPTURED!
YES, captured by the confounded Leprechauns of the UoG. While I will be unable to attend the rescue, I hope that you will be able to help assist Mr. Scott escape.

----Message Begin----
Today I took of from Planet New London, it was not for long untill I was contacted by Sergeant Joshua Cooper. I was told that he was following a smuggler in Leeds, near the Edinburgh jumpgate. I quickly sallied forth to the Dublin system to guard it in case he came by. I indeed found him, and the sergeant. After an ignored warning we brought him to a halt and ordered him to drop his counterfeit software. A few gunshots later he complied.
As I flew through the Dublin system together with Sergeant Joshua Cooper, we were quickly joined by constable Roxburg, and later Sir Alan Lauderdale, who told us we were fresh out of Earl Grey tea. After that terrible news I got a message stating that there were three Lane Hackers present in the Leeds system. I saw Cooper heading to New London, but I decided to take the direct route. At the jumphole I was immediately confronted with two lane hackers, who fired on me as I came in their sight, and as quickly as I could sent out a distress call. It was not for long untill I was joined by constable Roxburg and the sender of the call. The latter one was quickly taken down. After some time we were joined by Sergeant Cooper in our fight. Unfortunately I took him down with my own mines, but I managed to tractor in his escape pod. However, I was taken down also, and I can only remember that I woke up on planet New London.

Subject: What a mess.
Gentlemen,
I have got a serious headache. I guess it's due to that very stressful day.
But let's start at the beginning.
As Constable Paddock reported a bit ago, we had a huge Lane Hacker attack in Bretonia space today. Two Falcatta bombers, one Slipstream, and if our information agencies are correct, those Hackers were high ranking members of that filthy organization.
Anyways, as I was taken out by Constable Paddock by mistake, I suffered the same fate twice. His ship was blown up as well. Apparently, the Hackers lost sight of our rescue pods, since I woke up at the Leeds Northern Hospital. Only a minor rib fracture, according to the doctors. Sir Lauderdale called Constable Roxburg and me to New London, Constable Paddock needed to stay a bit longer for his treatment, so I rushed to the launchpad.
On my way to New London, Sir Lauderdale told us the horrible news: Cyril Carlyle, Commissioner of the Bretonia Police Gate & Transportation Authority (BPGTA) was murdered, right at New Scotland Yard, our headquarters!
The BPGTA is a part of the BPA, known for the regulation and enforcement of the Nomad Transportation Ban in Bretonia. On the site of crime, there were no traces of intrusion found. The only evidence is an unknown artifact, found right next to Carlyle. I guess Sir Lauderdale will host a press conference as soon as possible, officially announcing that tragic loss.
We had just heard those terrible information from Sir Lauderdale when he received strange signals from the HMS Suffolk. We formed up and headed to the battleship. Sir Lauderdale tried to reach them on all frequencies, getting only statics as a reponse.
He then bravely docked, using the emergency systems to open the hangar doors for the landing procedure. Sir Lauderdale took his mobile transmitter with him, so we kept contact. Suddenly, we heard loud noises, then the transmitter signal was gone.
Constable Roxburg and I were waiting shocked outside the Suffolk, discussing what to do, when Sir Lauderdale's Hussar undocked. We hailed him and asked what happened. As his comms opened, they sounded strongly distorted and there were only strange noises coming out.
Suddenly, the Hussar's weapon systems activated, shortly targeting Roxburg and myself and then, he took off towards Planet New London. We immediately energized our cruise engines and followed the ship, it's comms were still giving off distorted signals. When we were behind Waterloo station, he dropped out of cruise and engaged our ships, as well as an incoming patrol.
We had no choice, and engaged Sir Lauderdale's vessel. It was succesfully destroyed and Roxburg tractored the rescue pod. I ordered him to deliver it to New London Royal Hospital. Constable Roxburg performed an emergency landing and gave the pod to the doctors on duty.
As he took off New London, Sir Lauderdale's mobile transmitter frequency suddenly showed activity: Sir Lauderdale was speaking to us! And he was on the Suffolk!
Startled, we made our way to the battleship while the Superintendent told us that he just banged his head against a tube on the Suffolk, directly after he heard some strange noise.
Hearing those news, I was thinking out loud: if Sir Lauderdale was still on the Suffolk, then what in the Queen's name was flying his Hussar?! I powered up the engines and performed an emergency landing on New London's planetside, direclty next to the New London Royal Hospital entrance. I rushed to the emergency room and... found a horrible scene.
The rescue pod from Sir Lauderdale's Hussar was still leaning against the wall, the bed in the small hospital room was used - and full of blood.
The bloodstains were leading out of the room, down a corridor that leads to an emergency exit. In the corridor, I found a doctor, with a few physical injuries. He was definitely alive, but seemed to be in some kind of sleeping state. I followed the bloodstains through the emergency exit, but they vanished outside the building, New London's acid rain was washing them away after a few metres.
Back in the hospital, I met two of the emergency nurses, they hid in a storage room when they heard the doctor screaming. They told me that they helped him carry the rescue pod to the hospital room but as the doctor was sure he wouldn't need any further help, they left him alone with the "patient".
Sir Lauderdale is alright, he only suffered a minor concussion from the impact on his head. I'm at NSY right now, where the forensic team is still investigating the crime scene. Good lord, hopefully we won't have any other days like this one... I'm having a long tea break for now.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention what partly gives me that headache: before we destroyed the hull of Sir Lauderdale's Hussar, I could clearly understand something between the garbled comm noises: "I want to go home!". I really need my tea now.
