I have a UC ID'd liner whose rep was previously destroyed by a hostile rep to Liberty, for unknown reasons, which made that character unplayable. Now that the rep for the UC is -0.65 (hostile neutral but still dockable) I'd like to resume playing, the big problem is the rep still remains hostile and after an ID switch from solar back to UC everything else has become hostile too.
So my question is, can I force the current UC ID rephacks on to my old character without restarting or is my character boned beyond repair?
Other than the ID's respective IFF, there aren'tmany positive rephacks. You'll need to fix your rep by doing missions, shooting NPCs and perhaps some bribes if you can manage.
Obviously, do this seriously after the rollback, although you could be a bit more carefree at the moment. It could work and you know what to do, but if you mess up then it'll be fixed soonish.
Well after the rollback I'll have several ships for whom I too will also need to improve my rep with several liberty factions. At said time you could hit me up and we could possibly do missions together if it suits both our respective, desired, reputation sheets.
Thanks for the offer Werewolf but I got it sorted with a bribe from Ontario, the only remaining problem is the UC ID doesn't seem to have a rephack with the brigands or marquis who have somehow become hostile towards me despite being allied.
I can't believe the amount of screwing around I've gotta do just because someone made liberty hostile to the UC without any reason, not to mention the refugees from Evron are now fugitives which should be moved to Roussillon. Problem is Roussillon happens to be guarded by the Kusari Exiles, Marquis and Brigands, all of which are hostile to me somehow.
It's like one of the devs selected me and said, lets annoy the hell outa this guy for a few months.
