In my opinion, /restart LiCivilian, Freelancer ID, and Pirate Train. (Or junker ID.. Good enough.)
You are neutral to most factions, except the guards, nomnoms, and I think the BHG Core.
4300 cargo is not too low, neither too big, but perfect for the Freelancer ID.
I'm used to transport cute little purple rocks with it.
It's just my opinion. I know I'm just a bluemessage in the lawful's eyes, but at least not a boring route.
I don't remember clearly, but I heard that one of the Zoner faction's pilots can use the Zoner Whale to dock anywhere. Just a neutralish rep, and you can transport nearly anything.
Pirate Train is considered Illegal in most houses (the 4.86 review http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Pirate_Train) I know that is 4.86 but the roleplay, which matters, has not changed. I would recommend either FL BWT or if you want 5k IC is good.
ALG or Kishiro 'cause you can trade in Gallia as well. OSI are hostile to Rheinland but yanno, that's one house out of the whole damn sector so it really doesn't matter.
Otherwise, just go Freelancer if you don't mind less profit but still being able to go pretty much anywhere without too much trouble.
We have the best ZOI which is pretty much universal, the best ally any trade faction can have in the IMG, and are the only corporate faction to have their own transport.
We're also the corporate faction that can mine scrap metal and premium scrap, and the only faction that can mine toxic waste (although ALG mining is kind of broken now; it will hopefully be fixed soon).
