I don't know if this is the place to post this or not, but the permanent Nomad cloak is currently abused by certain players in small ships, ramming you for the fun of it. This happens pretty much everywhere, from Omicron Mu to Leeds. Maybe giving it a timed frame (some form of fuel, Liquid Cardamine perhaps?) will fix that issue.
Also, the Turret Zoom has been disabled on all the Liberty ships that could support that feature. This represents a huge handicap in any form of capital warfare, any Liberty Navy capital ship being currently under-par with the other house's counterparts.

Agree sir!, Also that nomads in Pennsylvania messing with small ships using Cloack... not fair at all.

What?
Waste space? If I don't want their drops in my cargo bay I'll jettison them. What is the logic behind this? we don't even get pilots, or dropped guns/ammo anymore!
is the idea to make this loot harder to get? It's not like they drop anything good to begin with, but why not just make NPCs stronger? making only certian NPCs able to drop loot is downright stupid imho.

This is a bug that I have looked into and it's not on the turret zoom implementation's end, so I can't do anything about it. There's a misconfiguration somewhere that someone with a yellow nametag needs to look into.

Pointless/meaningless cargo floating in spce makes lag.
I didn't like the idea either to weaken almost every npcs, but if you look from the oher side, you can realize this is an RP oriented server, pvp on the second place and PvE is the last.
Transports and freighters still drop pretty good cargo, try to kill them more often, not just the npc patrols, or the escorts.
And as someone told it already somewhere else.. If you want a challenge, do missions.

There is no RP without both PvP and PvE, not any RP that is worth a dime. Thinking that you can separate PvP and PvE from RP shows that you do not really understand what RP is.

I just wanted to point out when almost everyone complained about the strong npcs, that they can't really focus on interacting with people, since an npc patrol always chase them away. About understanding what rp really is... Roleplaying, not PvE plus PvP included, all in one... but RP can exist here, in the forums. (And it looks like there is no pvp, neither pve) Since I'm not native english, and in these late hours I'm tired too, it is kinda hard for me to talk about what I wanted to write instead what I wrote, and what others understand. Just wanted to help someone, explaining them why the npcs got nerfed so badly, and where he can find challenge.

Playerbase requested NPCs that would not affect the outcome of player interactions, or interfere with piracy. I've set their loadouts accordingly. Undroppable equipment means no clutter in space. Minimal bats and bots (1 for snubs, more for freighters and transports, but still not much) means botfeeding is no longer possible. Trade ships still carry cargo, so NPC piracy is still an option for people who want to do that (it's become a lot easier, and probably gives a fair profit). Exceptions are guarded areas, mainly around major planets, major bases and warzones - gunboat and capship patrol loadouts are still very strong.
Mission NPCs are also still of the strong kind, unless you do really easy (low paying) missions. Strong NPCs will drop equipment, regens, and loot.

Well thankyou sir, for your sweeping generalisations and narrow-minded opinions. The RP which goes into the smuggling and mining, to name a few activities, which my factions do, doesn't necessarily involve PvP or PvE and it most definitely is worth a dime. The best RP I've ever had involved neither of the above.
