This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

The problem stems from the over-aggression of lawfuls which has prompted pirates to do less piracy and focus more on being freedom fighters. I will say that the issue does not lie in unlawfuls having capitals however.
Jesus Lyth... I've read some dumb stuff in my time, but you really do repeatedly get the wrong end of the stick with this pirate cap issue.
It is worth pointing out that the game is harder for those who have to defend regions of space.
That is quite acceptable to some extent. The aggresiveness part. I am tired of piracy inside New York. The lawfuls I meet, just say a word or two, then tell " it is time to go to jail" or " OMG, DAI PIERAT" or something similar before they open up my hull. Some, even dont say that. The same thing can be done in Connecticut too imo.
But the other regions do offer quality RP, if you are a pirate and you meet some lawful. Liberty needs some serious thinking.
