no. when you open the navmap, in new London for example, light flows from southampton to planet new london. this means the top lane is s->nl and bottom is the opposite
example 2 : you are in sigma 13, outside the frankfurt jg. when you dock in the helgoland trade lane , you go to the bottom lane. in the navmap, light flows from helgoland to frankfurt jg

Lights on the lanes can show direction, if they were not disrupted. Green shows entry. Red exit.
Not all lanes have it, even when not shut down.
However what seven-alpha-one-one mentioned is always working. Though there are the Gallic lanes, should check it out there.

I know what you mentioned. I don't understand your point in telling me "no" though. I just added to the numerousBarge pilots out there, that light on the lanes can be used too.

To my understanding, if Lanes were disrupted while you were in the same system, they don't have the lights. I might be wrong though.

Gallic lanes are easy - you just take the left ring. Always.
There is the issue that you will ram the ring if you exit the lane at the wrong time.
Another thing that I noticed just a few months ago:
The biodomes of Freeport 15, Omicron-74 are destructible. You can destroy them piece by piece or the whole thing at once, depending where you shoot.

Or, and EK, only learnt how to about a month ago, but have known about it for ages...
And barrel roll, meh, never even tried...
I have had no "moving/pulsing" tradelanes on my first freelamcer PC. I first saw it by a friend. That was 2004 or so.
And in future, I will use /fi blabla for complicated names... Thanks once more for all this nice answers.
