--Your ideas looks nice, but do not touch vanila systems, they are just lovely. Don't resize them. I accept vanila system inRP changes (historical occasions like Dresden)
--Remove useless buffer systems and empty systems with one entrance
--Make Corsairs and Outcasts closer to each other, like in 4.85. I hope this is going to next update... Treewyrm's Omicron rework I mean. Back Theta-Eta-Beta. Remove Eta minefields.

I agree with shrinking the number of systems, but not the size of the systems themselves. If anything, part of the problem with some systems is they are too short, or that the distances between planets, lanes, gates is too close, and has been demonstrated to make piracy much more difficult (Think like in Omega-7).
I would like things a bit more open, along with a REAL overhaul and rebalance of ship speeds like what I had proposed on another thread. That would make things more of a merry chase for all parties than what we have now.
I agree with a lot of things, not with Conn removal though... as you cannot transfer stuff between your ships easily but you have to use a friend, Conn is too usefull for that. I dont like the free PvP in there, but I use it for the equip transfer reason.
I think the whole Sirius should be made somewhat smaller. The server is getting smaller with its comunity, there are hardly 100 online at primetimes. So, resizing everything sounds nice.

Pirates have plenty of opportunity. I have no trouble at all killing traders.~
I would really like to see guard bases of house lawful organizations to be replaced by "HQ" bases in their respective capitol systems. For example, the [RM] would have a very heavily guarded area in New Berlin that is maybe above the plane (like in Gallia) and accessible by lanes. Maybe above NB itself.
House intelligence agencies would have something similar to Schatten, just with non-stupid nomad mines that do nothing.
Police can be headquartered on the capitol planets themselves, or on a heavily fortified base nearby.
Unlawful guard bases could just allocated from existing bases.
Systems that used to be guard systems could just be filled with interesting things, locked up and accessible via "event" jumpholes that come up periodically, and can be put to use putting the discovery back into discovery - since "event" systems wouldn't have permanent fixtures, the devs can have fun screwing around without worrying too much about balance.
