Dear employees,

Starting May 11, 821 A.S., with the purpose to maintain the records of its active vessels and to monitor more easily the employees activity (similarly with the "Roll Call"), Orbital Spa and Cruise changed the licensing procedure. Henceforth, all company's employees are required to fill and submit the form for receiving a license valid for a month from date of the request. Flying with a vessel under the OS&C| sign without a valid license, will be considered a serious violation of the company internal policy and could lead to termination of the employment contract. Please note: any other previous registration procedure will not be taken into account!

In another train of thoughts, as part of the reorganization process, in this evening, will be inaugurated the Central Bank of the OS&C. Its purpose will be to transform OS&C into a joint-stock company, where each employee may become shareholder. Each shareholder will own a portion of the company in proportion to his or her ownership of the company's shares. This system will confer a large number of privileges for both, the company and shareholders. More details will be provided at the inauguration. Until then, all employees are invited to the "Vessel Registration Office".
