All Junkers can be listed on the base for FREE, so it will not shoot at her/him (plus the base buys/sells Premium Scrap for a good price). We only need some proof of your identification:
- your ship's name (please note, the registry system is CASE SENSITIVE, so please enter upper/lower case characters correcty);
- a picture (//screenshot) of your Junkers ID
The Junkers Congress
G'day gents of Fortaleza,
hereby I request dockingpermission for my old, rusty Salvager Frigate callsign:
Thank you for the quick response Congressman Wayland, i do apologize for not devolving my intentions in Puerto Rico in my earlier communication. I would like to buy your premium scrap. Now let me be honest, I do intend to sell your premium scrap to Valetta shipyard which is most profitable but I can assure you Congressman I bring no contraband coming from there since my friends in Rheinland would not like it at all. I you need anything from the south I can bring it here as well but seeing how big congress is i assume you can acquire most of the things you need. In anycase I hope my request would be still granted.
Not sure who's running the shift in there at the moment. Some of ye know me, perhaps some don't. I'm a registered agent of the Congress, who frequents the area working for Junkers shipping premium scrap in and out of PR and Texas. The main ship I fly is already cleared to dock on La Fortaleza, but I would like to have another ship of mine, a Junker ID'd Serenity transport named Etherway added to the docking list. I admit, I use the ship as a front to have my men smuggle on the side. What can I say? When times get rough, there's always the booming scrap business. I'd like to purchase Premium Scrap from your location with the ship regularly. I humbly stand by for docking permission.
