I was pleased by our conversation at the Freeport earlier. I'm leaving this channel open on this old pirated frequency for us to communicate vital info. Keep in mind you don't have to change everything you're doing, but shifting your focus to that 'group' I mentioned will make me very happy. Send me some shots of your patrols in that 'area' we discussed and that money will keep rolling in every week, on top of bonuses for your actions. I just want to reiterate so there's no confusion, on top of that chunk of cash, I'll pay 5 mil per attack, regardless of outcome, and 10 mil if you wind up fighting it out, regardless of outcome. Simple, proof of a hit gets you paid, and proof of a fight gets you more than reimbursed. I'm hoping to kick off a little biz paying folks like yourself to do what they do anyways, but to the right people. Easy money in my eyes! And I'm perfectly willing to pay for what makes me smile. Good hunting sir!
Chased away, but did not destroy, one KNF vessel from two fellow AFC (New Tokyo, Kusari). I need information on who AFC are and what is your standing against them. Their papers were either Civilian or Freelancer. I have not came across such vessels in Kusari before.
Later this day I was about to bag pilot from "that" group. However, kill has been claimed by an Outcast before I had chance to engage. No cam record.
This is excellent news. They are the Archangels Fighter Club. It is ironic you assisted AFC ships, as they are also my kin folk. I am indeed a long time member of their Freelancer fighter club, although I do not fly any flag on the Argo. Believe it or not, although its been a few months, I have had a tendency to park my ship and stretch my wings in a light fighter. They are Junker friendly, and on the level. I'd prefer you not engage, and for assistance to them I will certainly compensate you well. I've wired you 20 million for the day. They sometimes walk the line diplomacy wise, you may come across them escorting IMG ships here and there. I'd give them a wide birth if so, but most of the time you'll find them racing or partying somewhere between Shikoku and Colorado. They have habbit of bending the rules themselves, so you may even find friends among them. I don't think they'll be interfering with this operation, but, if you do see any assisting that 'group' or their allies (aside from IMG), please let me know.
Keep up the good work, I'm certainly no fan of the KNF (or their Hogosha dogs), as you know, and neither are they. Any engagements or intelligence like this you can get I'm happy to keep paying for.
Forgot to mention Samura Barge in Kyushu, but I believe 20 million covered this matter as well. Vessel, because of its size, was taxed with 15 million. In fact I proposed a lower fine of 10 million or even less, but captain of this collossal vessel was suprisingly... eager to pay even more. I wonder what was his purpose, but I left him behind.
20 million will surely be enough to refit and repair vessel. Today's later encounter with KNF ended up in being lured too close to New Tokyo and our vessel was severly damaged. Only good thing is it haven't fell apart.
One of those KTA vessels was sniffing too close to our position. The vessel has been taken cared off, before they had a chance to react. The crew is safe, but I do not believe they will... bother us. Vessel had to be destroyed, because, as we believe, Kempeitai has an eye on them.
No other vessel has been sighted, expect for mere Samura and Kishiro transports around "9".
We will withdraw to you-know-which systems for some time, hunting for the "group".
My crew and I attempted to teach a lesson a mere KNF officer. Sadly, we were unable to do so, as our vessel has been intercepted by three Hogosha cronies, who immediately supported KNF vessel. Our vessel ended up heavily damaged, yet they have not attempted to shoot our hull. Well, not a very good sign after our previous failure.
[Probably the same reason, being crippled by the planetary defence network, what puts "low security of Planet Honshu" into question; to be noted: PDS in Kusari colonies has been upgraded.]
It need to be mentioned that we have been chasing those Hogosha from Sigma 13, but lost their trail at Honshu. There may be two questions now: 1) Hogosha cooperation with Naval Fleet is questionable. I would understand one vessel, but 3 Hogs to sole KNF? Also, its [KNF] recognition codes were something new. 2) This could have been a trap staged by Hogosha, with lone KNF vessels as a bait.
Our cruise is damaged, but we have been, so far, successful in hiding within the Crow Nebula, jumping from system to system. We should be able to begin repairs in you-know-which-place soon, despite our current disadvantage.
Seems like you've had a busy time in Kusari lately. Watch out when you're out there, pilot to pilot, best not to take any unnecessary risks. That being said, I like your gall. Those Hogosha are a slippery bunch, you can't trust them, and I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn that they're involved with the military. They're all a bunch of corrupt cronies. Any interference you can run will earn you extra.
Get yourself back to safe space and rest up. Perhaps some softer targets would be ideal for the time being, like supply ships of Samura, whom you know I am no fan of. Aside from that, when you are back at full strength, I hope you can get back at it. I've sent some compensation for you. As well, expect another 40 mil in a few days for the start of next week. Remember, you can signal on our 'emergency channel' if you want me to meet you in the field somewhere for back up.
