Anyway, stop whining. It is your fault this is happening anyways. You should be the last person to open their mouth in this case.
What does your imagination say now, what will stop my from abusing Pirate ID again in Omega-7/O-3/Sigma-13 or in Cortez(which are quite good spots for piracy)? 'cause I won't really have lack of lawfuls in those systems.
Should I ask you before I open my mouth?
Quote:and yeah it is just that pirate ID dude would be in a lawless area and can do what he wants to harrass
Since when the pirates foresee the laws to harrass something or not?
Edit: This is not a whine. I'm stating healthy arguments.
2nd edit: Will this fix the abuse problem which comes from the lawful side now?
3rd edit: Sindroms, actually you'll never enjoy encountering me on your lawful char.
4th Edit: Either you were drunk or smoked when you heard me calling myself the next Joker. Or you had that wonderful dream.
I don't know, that is a damn good question whether or not you can.
Though I doubt that even with the original Pirate ID you'd be able to provide an encounter even CLOSE to that of much better pirate groups, such as the Joker. You lack the skill AND the people involved. Your approach to the whole thing requires an ID that does not exist on this server. Adapt or let it die.
EDIT: Yes, because for me you will always be that one guy, who decided to bring a squad of broken hitboxe'd ships into NY and then dared to call himself the next Joker.

the good thing is we ... äh i mean a Pirate can do whatever they want with Bunters again...
you can escape from military from Stuttgart to O7 then turn the game around and demand crredits and engage?
why not use this...
Independent Pirates are people who want to make money by extorting it from others or through other unlawful means. An independent pirate acts only for his own benefit, and has no allegiance to anyone. Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a Pirate, who:
- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect a ship of the same affiliation.
-Can demand Credits or Cargo from Freighter, Transports, Liners and attack them if they dont comply.
-Can demand Credits or Cargo from Military, Police and Intelligence ID users in the Omegas/Omicrons/Taus/Sigmas and Borderworlds and attack them if they dont comply.
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls
- Cannot use any transports with more than 3,600 cargo, except for the Pirate Train.

^uhm, no, it *already* implies that anyone outside of house space is free game, like it should be. it's fine as it is.
Your suggestion just makes it more complex.
ah well, no more pirating random freelancers/other pirates in house space xdd - but the change is good. finally independant space is dangerous. space is dangerous guys hur.
but can we atleast be allowed to pirate other pirates/unlawfuls in house space?
I was thinking,is it possible to add a line that allows us to fight other pirates(non generic) for 'territory' or just force the other pirate sitting the same lane as me into moving away?
sure..i might still do so by flying a corsair ship but i would need the other player to shoot at me first..

People want to believe that God has a plan for them.
They don't wanna believe that anyone else does..

you got a pioint... as a pirate only works for himself he should be able to rob unlawfuls everywhere... i like that Wihaaaaaa as i want to make space VERY dangerous
@hannibald
in O3 for example im allowed demand money from sairs for example just no in house space

Following this logic, Miner ID should be fired upon by all non-generic mining corporations. Pirate ID, unlike two other generic IDs, is unique and problematic indeed. They are unaffiliated, what means they could pick on ANY target, yet they can't engage freely, what kinda makes little to no sense, as it is true chaotic unlawful ID.

I disagree with that, sadly. If I wanted to pirate outside house space (and Kusari) only, I'd pick any other non-generic ID, like Junkers or Outcasts. Pirate ID is rephacked and nerfed enough, so it should give more freedom than "house pirates" in making alliances with unlawfuls. Instead, we limited them way more, what makes little sense AGAIN.
Also, independant space... try to Pirate in all six systems around Liberty. Sooner or later, you will be capspamed by LN. Omegas may be the way, but there are Red Hessians and Military, not to mention Wilde and Core. Omicrons? Uhhhhh, you can't attack BHG, Core and The Order there. Taus? Capspammed by GRN, unless you are aiming for IMG but that's a rare sight nowadays.
We can also bring back modified Terrorist ID and allow that ID kill EVERYTHING outside house space and make it SRP to be able to operate within house space.
i agree to you James... not entierly but your right about the caps and so on...
the pirate ID earlier was like the unlawful freelancer ID
you were able to demand what you want and engaged what you want...
the nerf was ok - no demands on Police and so on...
but we should be able to pirate everyone else everywhere
im a Pirate wihaaa i like it that way RP is fun and its just something less people do but all those nerfs arent so nice
EDIT: ill go for the SPR anyway but for other reasons
pleas read The Warning from the Drunken One wihaaaa mayby also reply
I barely believe those people there ever properly did pir4t-pir4t. Except Tuta who's just a party-goer, not an actual pirate.
This ID forces one to turn on his imagination fully if he desires to be efficient, to get SCs and blues as well.
It's easy to make lawful enforcers hate you even without any witnessed piracy attempts.

I hunted GRN and KNF with my Akapai on Pirate ID, because it was only ID that made my RP neither break server rules nor broke either Akapai or Argo's IDs (TheUnforgiven had SpecOps ID and no other but generic ID could be hired by him). But then someone taken away possibility to hunt down military targets by Pirate ID, what pushed our RP into void.
I can even link you to the roleplay, if you are interested.
