Lieutenant Jason Black is hereby promoted to the rank of Major, and given the Fleet Rank of Commander. You have shown distinguished work, and splendid efforts. The Military sees that you are suitable for holding such a high rank, don't let us down.

As you many know, the Gallic armada continues to press forward into Bretonia, as well as it keeps extending its grip over the Tau region. With the war becoming more and more unforgiving, we need to ensure that our pilots are ready to face the enemy.
That being said, we bring forth some changes in the promotion regulations for Warrant Officers. As they are the newest members of the Crayter Uniformed Forces, to pass their training, they need to develop skill, experience within the war zones of the Republic and knowledge regarding our enemies.
To prove their capabilities and devotion to our cause, at the end of their two weeks of training, all Warrant Officers must undergo the following solo mission:
Search and Destroy - Orkney
• The recruit will fly into the Orkney System, from Tau 23, and begin a complete scouting sweep of the system.
• A full nav-map reading is required, completed with guncam recordings and scan analyses of all elements found within the system, be it natural or artificial.
• Moreover, the recruit must find, shoot down and capture five (5) Gallic Royal Navy Pilots by tractoring their escape pods; this must also be recorded via guncam.
• Once the sweep is concluded and the capture is fulfilled, the recruit must return to Sabah Shipyard and complete a full report, detailing the endeavor and providing his findings, intel and prisoner count.
Warrant Officers who have doubts about being able to properly complete this mission should bring their questions to their wing leaders or commanding officers.
We are certain you are all capable men and women and we bid you good hunting, officers!

Since all four of you have joined the primary fleet of the Republic Paramilitary, we have kept close eyes on you and some of you are working harder than others. You are all willing to learn, but we have also had some problems. Some of you will need to return back to training on Planet Pecos and go back to basic training before you can progress through the ranks. Then some of you can continue and you will be promoted to Lieutenant.
I will start with the one pilot we have been disappointed by and would like them to return to Planet Pecos and continue there education on how to do things, learn the correct military protocols and procedures. This pilot is "Orlando Spiteri". You have have cougar and bravery but we are not looking for just those attributes. We wish you all the best and to hopefully see you within our ranks again once you have finished the correct education needed.
"Dr Rio Umeda", "James Rascal" and "Misty Blaze". We understand that you have been working closely with some of our higher ranking members such as squadron leaders and commanders. We have heard good things about all three of you. Especially Dr Umeda. So on behalf of the Crayter Parliament, it would be a pleasure to promote both of you to the rank of "Lieutenant". Misty Blaze has been with us for over a month as Warrant Officer so this promotion is over due.
Stay safe pilots, and this is will a new future but we must not forget one thing. That one thing is Tau 44 and our family, friends and loved ones. We have a saying which I want you to remember. That is.

"Claire Chandler", with all your hard work, courage, bravery, and leadership we would like to hereby promote you to the rank of "Admiral", this rank you will be supporting Fleet Admiral Richard and help him leader, coordinate, make strategic and tactical plans for our fleets. To help re take Tau 44 and fight of the Gallic Royal Forces and our other enemies while keeping the people within the Crayter Military in check. Congratulations Admiral.
We would also like to inform every member of the Crayter Military and Movers that there is a chance over the next seven (7) days and nights to show that you deserve a promotion. Misty, Fleet Admiral Richards has seen alot of potential within your personality, for some reason he started working with you closely has you where trained within the Hydra-class Gunboat vessel. Fleet Admiral Richards approved you clearance and was happily to promote you, it was not announced though. So we don't just want to promote you to the next rank which is "Major" but to the rank after that. This will give you the chance to under go training for one of our finest Thanatos-cruiser vessel. I would like to hereby announce you as "Commodore". Congratulations and do us proud.
Captain James "Hellfire" Rascal
You have shown potential and alot of hard work. Patrolling every day, going into fights that you know you will not win but you do it for your people. You have come back every single time. I have sat here and looked through your reports and I am just shocked. This is the opportunity to shine bright. You need to speak with Fleet Admiral Richards and request him to train you and clear you with the Hydra-class gunboat vessel. If you succeed we will be happy to promote you to "Commander". Mover James Fallen
Mover James Fallen, you have shown us great potential and you have shown the movers how to work. Mover Maestro Wayne Davidson has put in a excellent word in for you and he is wanting you to take his position. It seems that something within his personal life has came up and he is no longer about to lead our movers into glory. What I mean by this is, show our good friends the Independent Miners Guild up and show them how to convoy. *Laughs* congratulations Mr Fallen. You are hereby promoted to "Mover Maestro" do us proud just like Wayne Davidson did.

Important promotions and demotions with retirements, "Henry Gregory Corvin", has from this moment on, stepped down and is now retiring with his hard work, pride, honor and respect still in hand. President Henry Gregory Corvin will be missed by not only his friends, but the men and women of Crayter. We could be here all day and night speaking about Sir Corvin. But we want to wish him the very best for his retirement and family, he will be in his new mansion on Planet Yuma. Thanks to his hard work. Ladies and Gentlemen... With this we will need to appoint a new President, it has been discussed behind closed doors and we will have a new President to announce and she is one calm member of our parliament. She is loyal, respected and very honorable not to just Crayterians but to many others also. We would like to introduce to you and announce to you the new President of Crayter Republic. "Fiona Payne".
We all know Sir "Michael Richard" as our Fleet Admiral of the Crayter Military, over recent months, Sir Richard took an injury and has been hospitalized due to an attack from one of our arch enemies. This enemy was tough, strong and come in large numbers, sadly for Sir Richard he will be unable to fulfill his duty as Fleet Admiral. While he is undergoing all his medical treatment by our finest doctors and nurses, our Admiral will be stepping up. Admiral "Claire Chandler" will be known and seen as Fleet Admiral "Claire Chandler" until we are able to find someone who has the necessary attributes for the position. The position of Admiral is currently being looked into.
