I'm sure everyone here has awaited the debrief of the Cincinnati and a full report of the events. I will patch through files and logs of the ship and recorded patches within this report.
We met with a man named Joshua Hunt. Supposedly he had an assumption that the Gallic forces were in cahoots with the Nomadic entities. We purged them from Alaska system. And we needed a place safe to speak. Figured the best place would be beyond the Zone 21 minefield and into the system. Here is part of The Dialogue.
Quote:Josh: In order to get in and confirm the theory, we need a ship of size capable of cloaking and entering the Gallic territories. From there I can take a ship and scope around. I will then report my findings to you, and we split.
Mav: It's not going anywhere. I'm the captain. This is my crew, and my ship. We won't be going into enemy territory."
Josh: If you love Liberty and all it's worth, you'll see this mission through. We could use your ship. It's capabilities are phenomenal. You can keep it at a distance from all planets and patrols. One done, we're gone. It's all I ask captain.
Mav: Are you sure it's Nomadic related?
Sylus: He has to have something. I mean look at the-
At this point the ship warnings start screaming banshee mode.
Sylus: "SIR! UNKNOWN BLIP ON RADAR! IT'S HUGE!"
~-*Ours-knows*-~
Hunt: Oh god... It's back...
Mav: It's the war all over again.... Crew to your posts!
The Nomad was large and even bigger than an Atlantis. The ship itself was caught by surprise. We fought, Fled, Fought, Fled and when the engines gave out from destabilizing we turned tail and faced it. Once the Cincinnati came broadside, we hammered it with everything. A nearby patrol of 2 Gunboats and 2 fighters assisted. They were less fortunate but were just enough with the combined power of the Cincinnati to send the Nomad node packing. Encounter started at D-7 and progressed up and over the sun before coming back to "Plane".
The ship left adrift with damaged engines, Radar tower was taken out, Many floors leveled or imploded. Comm arrays left standing were used to send out a Distress Beacon of our last known location. F-2.
Quote:Come in, Come in. This is the LNS-Cincinnati. Repeat, th' Cincinnati.
We have survived the encounter but are losing power. What remains of power are reserved for vital equipment. Last known location Foxtrot Double.
Repeat, Foxtrot Double.
This is Maverick O'Howell, Disress, Distress, Heavily Damaged. Repeat, Heavy damage and need repairs.
-Beacon Signal lost.
Uploaded HERE is the path and areas where we made conflict. The final area is where the ship went dead and floated and where the other 4 pilots were lost.
Headcount- A list of crew was taken of what crew remained. Of the 200, 140 are presumed dead or have perished in the wait. Joshua Hunt took the only missing escape pod off the ship. During the battle, He said the Nomad came for him. After a short bout of exchanged vocabulary, He left and jettisoned to space. Alive or dead, Good riddance.
Damages- Floors 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, and 11 were off limits. Survivors were taken to floors 1, 2, or 6. The bridge accommodated myself and 10 others. Parts and paneling were used to reseal hull integrity, but could not re-pressurize floors lost to the vacuum of space. We found some wreckage of other ships and raided them for necessities like rations and parts while we drifted past.
Movement- The Beacon was sent out as long as it was able to. The automated systems killed power to unimportant processes like Engines and gravitational flux's to run the Life support aboard the Cincinnati. We obtained a visual on a nearby wormhole and with none of the engine rooms operating, and auxiliary support generators running for life support, we could no longer idle outside of wormholes as usual. The Wormhole pulled the Cincinnati in and we were shot out of the other end into ***REDACTED***.
***SECTION OF BLOCK 3 REDACTED***LSF patrol ran across the Cincinnati A mere 7k from***REDACTED*** and brought the ship back to Juneau by escort.
Upon arrival at Juneau yard, the remnants of my crew were debriefed. I spoke to Fleet Admiral Jack O'neill about the events and what happened. He believes my story but put my crew and I on 24 hour quarantine. To make sure nobody was infected. The 24 hours has been lifted but we're on a one week surveillance. Some of the crew has gone home for rest and family.
The Cincinnati however was docked in bay 3 for repairs by a good 10 or so techies and a few die hard's of the Cinci who have no family or friends elsewhere. I took my hand at the hardware of the bridge and communications arrays, and repaired the Radar. Cincinnati was re-fitted with upgraded cloak that takes batteries instead of Fuel. Shield has stabilized and is no longer flickering with malfunction. Engines still need repair and gravitational Flux's need parts.
Now that's up to date. I'll be waiting at Juneau for someone to bring me-
19- Engine components.
7- Bio-Neural Processors
13- Nanocapacitors
21- xenobiotic Fibers
and 4- Gravity field stabilizers
I'll be staying with the ship. Since my wife presumes me dead... Guess I'm going full time. Among the fleet, you all should be able to get it easily and bring it to me. This concludes my brief and I'm glad to be back. O'Howell Out.

Admiral O'Howell, it's good to have you back. In honor of your return I took personal responsibility for delivery of all important parts for Cincinnati. It wasn't easy and I almost lost my cargo but lastly I made it to Juneau. Delivery [#1][#2].
Communication channel opened... Encryption:Medium Origin: 5th Fleet HQ | Juneau Shipyard ID: Rear Admiral Maverick O'Howell, Chief of Communications Subject: The parts
Those parts were put to use Commander Schofield. The techies and my crew managed to seal the hull. The engines are back in order and are willing to power the ship without a hassle. The shields have stabilized with help from Norfolk Yard's tools, radar is back online, and nothing shortciruits. and we just have a few things left to patch.
The last batch I need to get the Cincinnati back in order is 2000 hull panels and 1000 hull segments for a ship of it's size and 7000 oxygen to re-pressurize the collapsed levels, and 500 High temperature alloys to bring the Heavy mortar back to operation. Repairs for a large vessel isn't cheap...
Again, 2000- Ship Hull panels
1000 Hull segments
7000- Oxygen
500 High temperature alloy
The small stuff was done. However I will re-imburse what is spent on these supplies to whoever brings them. Once delivered, final repairs can be completed and the Cincinnati can return to service. That's all.

This is a summary report that covers several topics.
Supply contract with [*USI*] was completed well in advance and repairs on LNS-Cincinnati commenced their final phase.
Increased activity of Hellfire Legion in Liberty is noticeable. Even though their smaller division (TFG) receded into background, their primary fleet returned "in glory" and is now raiding New York on a daily basis. It is not surprising that most efforts to establish a dialogue turn into violence. Hellfire usually invade in packs of 2–6 snubcrafts + 1 gunboat (occasionaly). Larger vessels are rare. Needless to say, LPI can't handle them alone. Bringing capital vessels into these fights is contraproductive.
I was informed (via private channel) about an illegal base in Bering. The source of this information remains unknown, person did not introduce himself and even our best analysts could not trace him. In order to investigate this violation I went to Bering with another Navy pilot, Tommy Vengeance. We found the base exactly at coordinates provided by the source. The base is called New Hope Freeport and is probably affiliated to Zoners. Docking requests were all denied. New Hope Freeport is not registered in the list of permitted bases.
Reports about the so-called Kissaki group are very scarce if any. The leader of this group is a female person who calls herself "Kissaki" or "Angel". She is flying a Zoner "Aquilon" Carrier called The.Kissaki. The other smaller crafts are her companions(?). They all share some common denominators: cautiousness, shyness and reluctance to provide direct answers. One would call it a mysteriousness. Despite everything, they never showed any hostility towards law enforcements or citizens (only when in self-defense). This is a list of known vessels flying under the Kissaki banner:
From the few conversations I had with the Kissaki group I could not come to any reasonable conclusions. Their behavior led me to believe that they are either infested or taking hallucinogenic substances. In spite of that, there was always something more about them that worried me. It was either lack (or faint traces) of bio-signals aboard their ships or strange appearance of their hull (signs of unidentified adaptation to surroundings).
Last encounter with the Kissaki was only recently. I accidentaly discovered their capital vessel about 20 clicks from Colorado JH. The mere presence of Zoner Carrier in Liberty (without permission) is in direct violation of law. Furthermore, cargoscans revealed possesion of forbidden items: artifacts and nomad weaponry. My long-range communication device was not working so I decided to take the situation into my own hands. I contacted the captain (Kissaki) via short-range comms. The following are excerpts from the recorded conversation while we slowly moved through Colorado and Kepler. Feel free to make up your own mind.
5th|Jim:Schofield: Do you have a permission to be in Liberty? The.Kissaki: I think /you/ should know that answer.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: You'll have to follow me to Liberty borders, drop the artifacts and leave Liberty. The.Kissaki: Tell me. Why did you sign up for the Navy? 5th|Jim:Schofield: And I don't see your scouts, are they cloaked? The.Kissaki: Gone. 5th|Jim:Schofield: Gone where? The.Kissaki: To observe. To watch.
···
···
··· The.Kissaki: Liberty - you - your people - are not my interests.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: Nomad guns? Where have you acquired those? The.Kissaki: Many places. 5th|Jim:Schofield: You'll have to drop them, along with artifacts, are you aware of that? The.Kissaki: Obviously. 5th|Jim:Schofield: I don't know why are you keeping them, perhaps for research? The.Kissaki: Some of these are harmless and have lived up to their usage. Some of them are needed for a function.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: You're a person. Thanks for at least this bit of information. The.Kissaki: Oh. Indeed. So you think. 5th|Jim:Schofield: What does that supposed to mean? The.Kissaki: Nothing.
···
···
··· The.Kissaki: We... (cough) This is a home. The operation of... many things. A place to grow up.... 5th|Jim:Schofield: Your crew are your family? The.Kissaki: I wouldn't say so. My family are a... long and historical adventure.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: What's with your hull? The.Kissaki: What do you mean? 5th|Jim:Schofield: Looks not ordinary. Not as ordinary metal or alloy. The.Kissaki: Perhaps it is different from the usual designs, but not "broken" or "wrong" in any way.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: You're carrying forbidden items. I'm obliged to ask you to drop them. The.Kissaki: And if we... I, deny? 5th|Jim:Schofield: Didn't think about that yet. The.Kissaki: Well then. 5th|Jim:Schofield: But is there a need? The.Kissaki: Usually, your kind would end up attempting to kill us. You're welcome to come aboard and "shoot" me. 5th|Jim:Schofield: Why would I want to shoot you? The.Kissaki: Why not? Oh... Oh my. 5th|Jim:Schofield: What is it? The.Kissaki: You don't even. No.... 5th|Jim:Schofield: *radio check* The.Kissaki: It is nothing. 5th|Jim:Schofield: Are you alright? The.Kissaki: Indeed. I am. 5th|Jim:Schofield: I hope you're not having suicidal intentions. The.Kissaki: Why would I? That would be wasteful.
···
···
··· The.Kissaki: The artifacts are required. Powering reasons. 5th|Jim:Schofield: What power? The.Kissaki: Well. This ships power, it assists in that.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: But... who are you, then? The.Kissaki: I told you "who" I am. I am "Angel". I had a name before... this. Yes. 5th|Jim:Schofield: What the hell? Before what? The.Kissaki: Nothing major. 5th|Jim:Schofield: You're an angel. Right. The.Kissaki: Let's say, reflect of personality.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: You see, I don't detect almost any lifeforms in your ship, but I guess it's my broken sensor. Must be. The.Kissaki: You could be right.
···
···
··· 5th|Jim:Schofield: That radiation would kill a dreadnought. Your ship, however, seemed to be okay with it... How is that possible? The.Kissaki: You could go to a certain lengths for adaptation. Such a shame it can't be applied to the exterior equipment....
It should be noted that even though Kissaki did not cooperate fully, she showed some signs of good will.

Good day,
As I launched my Battlecruiser today , I received a transmission that there is a Rougue Scylla in Alaska, I traveled there as fast I could and indeed there was a Rougue. However he wasn't a big problem and we took him down quickly. After I moored mt Battlecruiser to Norfolk and I launched my "Upholder", and I got a transmission that a Rougue Pirate Train was spotted near Buffalo, using a freelancer we "moved" him away from Buffalo and we arrested him.

Good evening,
Just reporting one of my first patrols within 5th Fleet and I must say it was rather successful. I moved from Battleship Missouri towards Westpoint into California, as soon as I reached Planet Mojave within California I stopped and scanned a few transporters passing by. I stopped a pilot with the transponder "deltajetk2" This pilot was a Freelancer Smuggler flying one of the Border World Transport Vessels and unlucky for him. He was hauling 3400 units of "Artifacts"
I instantly stopped him and asked him to cut his engines and comply to a routine cargo scan which I done without his approval anyway, that is when I noticed the "Aritfacts"
From there I gave the pilot two options, either drop the "Artifacts" and be escorted out, or to move into his escape pod and come with me back to Sugarland Prison and wait in custody and have his vessel impounded.
The pilot obviously complied and dropped the contraband, then I escorted him out via Planet California Minor to Magellan and let him be on his way, informing him I did not want to see him again in Liberty tonight.

Good evening,
Just another report to file,
Well tonight's been a rather busy patrol for myself, luckily, I was accompanied by the one and only O'Neill. Was an honour to have him as a wingman tonight,
Well to start of with, soon as I undocked from West Point Military Academy, I saw a Daumann Hegemon, I quickly asked the pilot to stop to ask him a few questions and for a routine cargo scan and noticed he had a few Libertonian pilots onboad, so I quickly rescued them and had them taken to West Point for medical treatment, Myself and O'Neill asked the Rheinlanders to follow me out of Liberty space and I saw shots fired upon O'Neill and we turned around and engaged both of the Rheinland Pilots, *StarTrader* and *FireEagle*
*StarTrader* had seemed to have clones with him, we infact saw three of these ships fire upon us within minutes. But there were no casasualties on our behalf but on the Rheinlanders, they lost a few.
We then had a distress call from Max, in Ontario, so myself and O'Neill moved to Ontario as quickly as we could to assist, after we around moments later one of the Recruit Officers of the LPI were shot down right in front of us, and then a secondary Navy pilot started firing upon the Lane Hackers, seeing a hand was needed I asked for permission to engage, it was granted moments later both Lane Hackers destroyed.
On our return trip to Battleship Missouri, we came across a Luxury Liner from Spa and Cruise with alot of Vacationers onboard, I immediatly offered a escort which was granted, so I escorted the Spa and Cruise Luxury Liner pilot to Manchester Gate within Cortez due to the pirate threat recently within California. After that, I was called to Freeport 4, Magellan to have a chat with O'Neill.

Good morning,
Just another report to file,
We had a emergency distress signal from one of the Recruit Liberty Police Officers, we were informed there was a False Bounty Hunter Bottlenose Captain flying through New York into California claiming we put bounties on transporters, Myself and Captain Fox went to the situation to deal with the problem, Captain Fox managed to catch the Captain just outside of California near the California jumpgate within Cortez, so we dealt with it quickly and suffiently.
After a small chat, the Bounty Hunter started throwing threats towards us and myself and Captain Fox was coming up with a plan to deal with it, when shots were fired upon Captain Fox's ship and he took some hull damage and his shields failed almost immediatly. My guncam was not working, I didn't manage to capture anything, but the Bottlenose was destroyed, It seemed to have an Unknown affiliation and Nomad Gunboat Turrets, or Hybids, was very weird.
While we were engaged with the Aoi False Bounty Hunter, we saw Four Hellfire Legion Fighters come on scanner and a Lane Hacker, I instantly knew it was going to end bad for us, and the LSF Fighter that arrived to give us some assistance.
Once the Aoi Bottlenose was destroyed, thanks to the last few shots from Captain Fox, The Hellfire automatically open fired upon me, so I took all the heat to give Captain Fox and the LSF some time to get out or get some distance, I went down within seconds, and Max followed. Lucky for us the LSF managed to get our escape pods and got us back to Libertonian space and himself.
I am on Battleship Yukon, had my medical checked and I am flight ready, I am just waiting for a replacement Upholder and then Ill be ready to go back out. There are no images of this encounter due to my upholder being destroyed.

Good evening,
This is an emergency and very important, this evening the Hellfire Legion moved in to Seige the LPI Station just of Fort Bush and Baltimore Shipyard. The force they bought into the capital was not small, but it was not strong enough to destroy the LPI Station, luckily there was no major damage done, the pilots that came to protect this station deserve some form of medal or a thank you from the LPI them selves.
I was one of the only 5th pilots to attend to this, I had a wingman Captain Fox once again, be bought the Getty along with him, so glad he did, we would have been taken down sooner, but there were alot of ships destroyed, I could not keep count and I have no clue what went down on our side. I was taken down myself by friendly fire from the LSF once again, they like to fire there guns upon us 5th pilots don't they.
But I am lucky im still here, medical have once again cleared me for flying, but I think I will rest for tonight, it may be a few hours before I can get in another vessel, especially considering that is two upholders i've had destroyed in one day. I managed to capture a few images and upload them while I was fighting but I cannot tell you what happened after the destruction of my ship, as far as I am aware we won and the station is still in tact and the Hellfire were destroyed.
