Excerpt from Top Secret Bretonian Naval Brief Wrote:"Today the Gallics tried to establish a foothold in New London. They lost. But I'll be damned if they think they can take our great capital away from us. So in a week's time we're going to hit the frogs back and do it hard. The remnants of their attacking fleet are staging around Leeds, trying to repair and rearm. We're going to break up their little slumber party, and finish off that fleet for good. If we soften them up in there, we'll earn our keep, maybe open up the way for more. Lets get to it!"
TIME: 9th May 2015, 19:00 UTC server time (use the sidebar clock)
LOCATION: Planet Leeds, 20-30k away from Battleship Oubli
PARTICIPANTS:
- TEAM A: Liberty Navy, Bretonian Armed Forces + Bretonian corps fighters/bombers (as part of Civil Defence Initiative)
- TEAM B: Gallia Royal Navy, Gallia Royal Police
OBJECTIVE:Raid/Defend Battleship Oubli
Flow of events:
Team A will assemble in Leeds at a location of their choosing, and proceed towards Leeds orbit to raid GRN standing forces there. Team B will be present at the battleship to defend it. The Battleship will be set to invulnerable. The battle will last for 30 minutes during which people can respawn to rejoin the fight. After 30 minutes are up, standard PvP rules will be restored and all who die will need to vacate the system.
Admins will be present to ensure smoothness of the event. Any team which is clearly outnumbered will be bolstered by NPC fleets. If you are a faction leader and want to discuss this event or its details, please contact me on skype.
UPDATE:
After further discussion with the official factions who will be running the event, we have decided to change it slightly in the interest of smoothness.
The flow of the event has been changed into a preliminary battle. The Oubli will not be destroyed just yet, but will be attacked in a future event.
The event where the Oubli will be destroyed will happen in the upcoming few weeks, so keep an eye out.

Outcasts aren't an ally of Bretonia. Neutral or unfriendly at best, depending on who you ask. So by the strict definition of the rules up there, I'd say no.
