Bah... I was not impressed. I saw the first one six times in a row when It came out. This one just gives us new characters for two more movies and badly ties up old loose ends. Nothing but a Disney cash cow now.

Agreed. Also, the new movie story moves way too fast. Way too many things happen in 2 hours and half. It's like they wanted to add everything in a movie. There are many things to say. Simply put I didn't like it either. It was a good movie but lacks in many ways.
JJ played it safe, and I think it worked. He obviously wanted to give the fans what they wanted, which was a return to form for the series, and I think he did it right. I certainly enjoyed it, and I'm honestly considering seeing it again.
Definitely enjoyed it more than the prequels, I'll give it that.
