EDIT: And sure I don't mind making it so caps can't dock at Junker basses but that isn't really what I have been talking about.

Actually no you haven't... because ya see James Trenton is never actually at the helm.
Since my RP is that JT is a boss he's got lots of crew and even drone vessels that operate as part of his fleet.
See proper RP will allow you to die, die and DIE again.

Except this sort of RP would not work for 90% of the characters out there and as a rule death is kind of a gray area inRP for convenience more than anything. Also regardless, docking isn't inRP death it is PvPdeath(aka a rule made to prevent stupidly imbalanced fights)

You guys (yes Congress, talking to you) need to get it through your heads that this is a roleplaying server, and that there are roleplaying consequences for roleplaying actions. Damn right Liberty and any other lawfuls are going to ask you to FR5 outlaws docking on your bases, or fine you for it, or just shoot you outright.
It's a shame, really, because I see the Junkers as having a lot of potential as a really smooth niche faction who would calmly wave something like this off going "sure sure, we'll take care of it.." and then offer some sort of service as compensation for the lawfuls to turn a blind eye. (Maybe try supplying some POBs? You don't seem to have any trouble maintaining a healthy five or so in your own little chunk of Sirius). And then use the money made from those services to hire mercs to shoot the lawfuls.
If you can't walk the walk then don't talk the talk. You as a faction are in a very unique situation to roleplay your way out of just about anything, but here you are asking for admin protection on the forums and asking people to turn a blind eye to you so as to maintain the quasi lawful status you had in vanilla rather than trying to uphold it through your own actions.
I have been supplying Adirondack Station for about 4 months now maybe longer. When the base runs out of cash what do I do? I put cash on the base and supply the base with my time and my cash. If you like I can start taking guncam footage each time I do this. So your suggestion about us offering to supply LPI bases is already being done without your knowledge. Well it was. LPI bases don't just supply themselves. We do it as a favor to the base administrator. Well mosltly me.
If the Rogue or the whatever docks on Rochester after having demands made in RP chat within 10k of the ship that made the demands then by the rules that ship is PVP DEAD. The player cant use any of his/her ships in the NY system for 2hrs. It is a cowardly way to proceed on the part of the Rogue/Outcast and I also wonder if players who don't like Junkers Congress make an indie char and do this on purpose. Do these ships ever PVP with the Lawfulls of Liberty? If not that would be an indication that my supposition might be true.
I understand all the different viewpoints in this thread. They are all valid. I'm hoping we can find a RP solution to this problem.
