one of the chars in the account is BMF|Zak.Conner & BMF|Egyptian|
Malma can you tell me what you did to solve the problem ?
It's not solved bro, and it took 5 days just so the admins convinced that the problem is not from my side and start applying some desk features that remedy the chars
but anyway, so far, its not working and i think i have no more patience to wait over a week so i can just play
My bases will die probably and i have nothing to do.
I started playing another game for now, i am sorry dude, you might want to find another corporate lawyer for BMF
I can't play anymore and it take ages to even receive a reply from an admin.
It usually tends to be related to routes and not the client or the server.
This phenomenon tends to be amplified with OVH as well... it's big. Really big.
You can probably use a program like pingplotter to check where the connection breaks up between you and the Server.
I think I had similar issue with the World of Tanks servers, random 900 ping and then back to 30 ping.
Took me a billion tickets with wot support and my isp before it got resolved.

I have already traced the hops *Routers* between my modem and the server IP. and you are right it return to find no replay from some hops but all after leaving Egypt main router. but the server IP still replay the ping Thu. is there any how i can post Tracert result as it might help you guys troubleshooting the problem ?
and yes once it reach OVH 1st router. it return *Time Out* the rest

As this has started with last update I have asked devs to have a look.
Also does this happen if you start a new account and make a new ship?
I will try to make new account with a new ship to see what happens.

My tracert command to the server ip return with time out once i reach OVH. but i doubt that it might be a firewall since my packet reach the game when i try to connect but just lag. also when i ping the server ip i get no return which can be related to OVH firewall or ICMP replay is disabled for security reasons. i cant determine where is the congestion

No need to post there, just read the first post.
Download winMRT, run it, put in the server IP, click the copy results button, ctrl+v in a post here.
More importantly, haven't we already figured out that it isn't an issue with the players internet, but rather an issue with the game files? possibly an issue on the servers side, since that desk tool thing apparently fixed it for a few hours.
