You can scale it to whatever you want. But to get the idea of the size, personally I use HardCMP and then resize with a model tool, or size things up in Blender by importing an existing model.
The thing is... are dimensions in the game in some convertible ratio to dimensions in modeling? If i wanted to place two race rings a certain distance from one another then how would I be able to regulate that with some accuracy?
if i can pin-point location of a place in space with XYZ values ... how easy is it to make the Mod Studio be the same as in game in terms of distance...
Maybe im just not making sense b/c i dunno what a mod studio is to begin with :S
so i looked at what it is a bit more closely...
Is it possible to import a system into the mod studio or at least a part of a system so that i can easily place my stuff into it?
Basically "can I import an asteroid field with relative accuracy"
