The small transport would make a good freighter, imo. Freighters have that "hybrid between GB and snub" look, which your model strikes well.
The large battle transport could become "fatter" (in terms of front profile) by adding more reinforcement beams for the "shell" that is there to protect the inner cargo container. I mean, it is an Outcast transport that is meant to take the heat, and half of Sirius hate OC ships. Therefore, a "more armor!!! Weld it on it! Top and bottom!" would imo fit.
I am considering to rework the OC AT completely. Mostly because This one lacks the transport feeling as for me. I am thinking of utilizing Dromedery approach: bulk hull, no cargo pods. I already have the initial vision.

Believe it or not, but I think it looks more like a LH gunship to me xD. Perhaps you could start there when the time comes?

That is the reason I liked it. Please don't change it this late in development. After all, Armored Transport.
