Buenos noches, Señora Corino. I send you this message to cordially greet you and find out how are you. It's been a long time since you appeared on public. I understnad that person like you don't need to remind about yourself; and your desire to stay in a quiet environment is fully understandable. However, I would like to know more about your current status and learn about your interest to Maltese affairs.

As you may guess, I have to contact you, because things are going not quite well. We have a lot of problems, in addition to traditional Maltese illness, such as decentralization and strife we a have whole bunch of new negative phenomena. Сlumsy rule of fanatics from the order of Crimson Cross have caused reactionary movements, which in one way or the another are aiming to hurt the Light on the long run. We do have some progress on dealing with those, but root of the problem itself is still there.

In addition to this, current leader of the pro-Light cult, person known as Thomas 'ThreeWinds' is acting more than strangely. As you understand, it is not helping reconciliation process. Even more, this particular individual may cause more harm than benefit the cause. We will put him and his organization on the close monitoring. Maltese society is currenly quite sensetive and all actions are suppose to be done in extremely precise manner.

At one point Malta was balancing on crossing the red line of another Civil War, but gladly we have mainly avoided it. Only thing that is worth to mention at this point is a local conflict between 101st Ghosts and Samarran Raiders, presently known as the Commune. I've tried to step in personally, it did not help a lot, but in the end this particular conflict was solved.

Personally I and some other high ranking people on Malta do believe that it's time for the Emissary to return. Along with the forming of new rulling body, Malta will need your wisdom and advice. Maltese are ready to welcome you on the highest level and I will personally make sure that all doors will be open for you. On the Maltese chessboard you can be one of the key figures and resolve this 'religious crisis'.

With the humble respect Malta requires your return. Maybe there's something that I can't explain with words and this is something that you will feel or guess. Malta will carry on the Light; with hard work, with honesty and with clarity we will keep Malta pure. I hope to receive your answer, even more I hope for this answer will be positive.
