' Wrote:that statement worries me. it would seem your wanting the ID first and then baseing a character off the ID. i feel this is the wrong approach.
when i made Mon'Star, i roleplayed him online as he is now but within the confines of my ID at the time (Pirate ID). By the time i got the Terrorist ID i had already written atleast one forum page full of stories for him.
maybe i explained it in a wrong way... 2nd try
problem is that im not sure what ID should i use for RPing a terror char i cant fly around with police ID and attacking everyone, or flying with civilian ID

it's hard to help when we know little about the character your making. give us some ideas of what you want to do with this character, maybe a short biography, what ship you'd like to fly....stuff like that.
Something people have forgotten to mention is the trust involved with it. You don't really need a Terrorist ID for most chars, and if you do you can skimp by on the generic Pirate ID until such a time as you're awarded one.
I'm hoping for a pair of terrorist IDs, actually, for my Fantasmas story, but I'm not holding my breath here. The story was started mid-February, and the month/month-and-a-half before that was spent planning. It's no small task.
A terrorist ID, in my view, requires the following:
1. An established presence on the server/forums. You have to prove that you, the player, can be trusted with it.
2. A very good RP story for the terrorist character you want to start. It was easier for me, as I just had to piggy-back Mon-Star, but still had to spend some time bouncing the story off Admins and Mon'star, and had to put quite a few post's in his thread.
3. PM correspondence back and forth with Admin's regarding character, asking for Terrorist ID, and explaining story. If they don't like the story, or you are a pest, you likely won't get one, and eventually you will get ignored.
4. Patience. PSI-Borg was a pipedream we came up with one night while chatting with Mon'Star, and it was at least a Month or longer before I got an ID. I had to accompany him with pirate ID, and couldn't kill anything. (We RP'd it that I had residual concience programming, which Mon'star had to find and eradicate)
To be honest, you have a lot of work to do. The Admin's have given out very few terrorist ID's. I'm guessing less than 10, and I don't know why you think you should have one. I see no discussion of your story, or anything.
You have to absolutely love the role play of your 'terrorist', because you will lose a lot of fights, and deal with people who dont want to do anything but kill you, and take a lot of oorp flak...

Oh my god, its like playing a Keeper, only you don't get magical mind powers! Why would anyone want that? At least Keepers and Wilde have each other as friends.
You have to a to have a really good reason as to why you need it, why its appropriate and then RP to back it up. There is also a lot of trust involved in having it - the potential for abuse is huge

actually... my terrorist does have mind powers, and the keepers and wild are his friends...
The only way I see a terrorist having allies is if they are a Xeno, only with a terrorist generic ID (See Doom's amazing Prospector story. Really, it's amazing..)
