Well, as a ex. member of L\- I can only say, boys... I know that you are really strong in PvPing, and you have fun killing a bunch of peoples, but seriously, you forget the other side. You fight against humans, not NPC who don't give a .... how they being treaten.
I know that Vasko acts differently then most of the group, I know how the skype chat is, and that you laugh quite alot about the side that you memed.
I just remember when you logged out of no where 5 ships to say hello to my transport, and that you need to request my cargo to claim me, but that doesn't work this way. It actually hurts the server, or the community.
Just try to fight fair, I know that you can easily meme IMG in pvp, but how about just sending player like Fox, Omi, Wasser against IMG, so IMG can have at least some fun.
I'm not sure what relevance this will serve in the end, but I feel as though that I have something to say.
I think it is a pretty dog act that at peak time that whenever two IMG players log, within minutes L\- logs upwards of 5 snubs. Every. Single. Time.
Living half way across the world and having to get up at 3-5am every morning to play with MY friends and then be swarmed by L\- every single time to spoil it is not fun. I just can't be bothered anymore.

So, it is not enough to kill us off quickly not even an hour ago in a stupid skill+number gank again.
You now killed off the 2nd attempt of IMG| activity when I tried to provide something for the Australian guy (see quote, and post above) and simply went mining with him and wanted to offer a quick flight so that it was not totally in vain and he would not log off frustrated.
You had to ruin it.
You can't just stay away.
And it had to be minimum roleplay piracy, of course.
Even though we were already being pirated and I told you.
You managed to make this interaction exceedinly frustrating again.
My Australian guy logged off frustrated with the words "I'll not bother any more".
I do not expect him to come back after I pushed him hard to try and provide him with something at least if he already got up early just to play.

[05.03.2017 21:09:23] IMG|Angry.Duck: //He logged off now, after I tried to give him a flight.
[05.03.2017 21:09:32] IMG|Angry.Duck: //after he posted very frustrated on the forums.
[05.03.2017 21:09:50] IMG|Angry.Duck: //why can't you just let us - after killing everybody - just do what we wanted?
[05.03.2017 21:10:21] IMG|Angry.Duck: //it is necessary to kick those who are on the floor again.
[05.03.2017 21:10:39] IMG|Angry.Duck: //Why can't you just, let it go. Do you have to RUIN it that hard?
[05.03.2017 21:10:40] L\-'Umber': // IMG| is doing great, if i will look at activity
[05.03.2017 21:10:40] Ray.Carter: So those were the clowns that shot up your escorts?
[05.03.2017 21:10:48] IMG|Angry.Duck: //ye. Just lost the Australian player
[05.03.2017 21:10:50] L\-'Umber': //well, anyway, i have to go
[05.03.2017 21:10:54] IMG|Angry.Duck: //who gets up at 3-5 in the morning
[05.03.2017 21:10:55] L\-'Umber': //thanks for the interaction
[05.03.2017 21:11:04] L\-'Umber': //you finally paid
[05.03.2017 21:11:04] IMG|Angry.Duck: //and you guys have nothign bettwer to do.
[05.03.2017 21:11:33] IMG|Angry.Duck: Ye. These clowns.
[05.03.2017 21:11:39] IMG|Angry.Duck: And... they busted all our people again.
[05.03.2017 21:11:46] Ray.Carter: Typical for for Outcasts.
[05.03.2017 21:11:47] IMG|Angry.Duck: See... that's how is goes.
[05.03.2017 21:11:55] IMG|Angry.Duck: It is frustrating.
[05.03.2017 21:12:23] Ray.Carter: Would have done something. If there werent 3 of them...
[05.03.2017 21:12:34] IMG|Angry.Duck: So. Ye. It's just... business. <smiles>
[05.03.2017 21:12:40] IMG|Angry.Duck: But there won't be a flight any more today.
Well done.
Thank you.
You really are a great group to play with.
And this, dear community is what cancer is. Nobody gives a damn about how much pvp wins you have or do gank, and that I say it in general. This is afterall an RP oriented community, not some Team DM on a CS:GO server, you prove nothing to the people you interact, that way. People should understand once and for all that RP > PVP around here. You don't get far if your RP game is weak. Just saying.
Rudimentary creatures of blood and flesh, you touch my mind, fumbling in ignorance, incapable of understanding. - Sovereign
From reading this recent stuff, I can say following:
It's beyond lame to hug Java, considering that your faction is filled with all the PvP aces. That shows the mentality of the people inside, and that is, I believe, incapability to actually play the game (sometimes win, sometimes lose). I can confirm that this attitude is really saddening, considering what kind of gameplay we used to have back in the day. If we were all in one room, I believe we'd say "good fight, good" to each other and go have a beer. I believe same people decide to spam you with mines and CD in /conn, when you are doing a "gunso" 1v1 and if they begin loosing.
As for the complaining and "you log everytime we do, and when we wanna do things in game" from IMG side, that's as well lame. If you go in game, you gotta realize that there can be pre planned encounter, but that isn't a must. It is a mutual agreement between two individuals or two groups. You cannot demand an enemy, neighbour faction to ignore you, considering the importance of Tau 23 for the Outcasts in this case and which, on the side note is perhaps their motivation for their activity. You can, try to go for the events, in collaboration with the leaders of opposite group. Of course, keep in mind that getting your encounters to only events, isn't a way to go. So, if you want to be alone and outside of /conn, best way is to find a safe spot, outside of enemy's reach.
Uh so yeah, perhaps OOC/OORP communication between the group leaders is the first step to solution.
edit: Since there is a couple of people in IMG| that I'm good with, and since I know that there are certain scheduled things you do as a faction, I know what is the problem with the IMG| but... you can't complain because of your pre- planned plans didn't work out as you imagined. I mean all I can see here is that the Legion dudes wanted you to donate them a bit (correct me if I am wrong), and that you don't even want to encounter that when you log in.
@PRJKTLRD : Don't get me wrong. There is nothing bad in terms of rules for the 2nd encounter.
However, this complaint stands:

I think everybody with a bit of empathy can imagine what happens when you were shot out, made this quoted post, then tried to log again to end your morning Disco experience with something fun, and the same people came for you again.
You are right that logging on does not grant you to get what you want to, and that is fine.
But in the state that Disco is at the moment, every notion of "we will shoot them off the server" (correct or not, intended or not) should be avoided at all cost. It's the assumption that drive people off and it is clearly reflected in some posts of my newer members.

Especially because this is not a PVP Happy hour server, this is a ROLEPLAY server, even if you are arch enemies with the person you are roleplaying with you should still provide sufficient roleplay before even engaging.
This 10 mill or dai for every single transport or even a miner is ridiculous from a faction that is trying for officialdom. Ther is this un-written rule of if you provide good roleplay there are very high chances of the demand being alot smaller but it seems with this faction inperticular it will be 10 mill or dai nothing else. When it is the dai part you just see over 10 Outcasts log in and hug Java and then do the "SIT DOWN" sarky remarks afterwards.

The unwritten rule, applies per trader, not per group of traders.
This has nothing to do with the group's current status as I believe the unwritten rule was saying: Do not take more than half of trader's/player's income (except demanding whole cargo to be jetisoned). For example, while Commune was on official war with Bretonia, we used to demand all of their cargo and destroying it, because our mission was to destabilize Bretonia's economy (which is inRP very logical thing, right?). That is, if you take a look, a complete loss of the trader's income.
I used to demand 15 millions from a traders that carried ore back in the day. People didn't have problem with that at all. Then, I decided that I should go for 10 millions, which is same price for you when you request a miner to fill your 5k trader up. I mean I used to trade too and I know that 15 million donation feels a bit sad, but I guess it's same thing when you get blued. I also advise (since I lead Commune and I used to lead SR) that we keep our demands reasonable depending on what cargo we see.
I also recall a moment when Samarran Raiders were yet young and yet made group of Pirates and Slavers and IMG group, I don't know if that was official one, but they used to pay us daily around 100 or 150 millions to leave them alone in Dublin only.
Another example is that, we totally ignored newbs in the freighters or small transports with really tiny cargo hold. We still do that.
Therefore my opinion is that 10 million demand is not problem here. Better than demanding all your cargo and blowing it up or taking it away? Which is also, okay and not prohibited.
So to sum it up, Legionares need to understand that getting blued is totally fine and IMG needs to understand that being pirated or especially being shot by Outcast is as well, totally fine.
No one complains being taxed 10 million on an ore trader when caught at like half the way to the destination and 15 when close to the destination.
Everybody however will complain justifiably if every transport flying around in T23 is taxed 10 million flat, as well as every miner 10 million in Tau 23 when mining.
But, as I said: this was talked through with the L\- leader some weeks ago and has not happened since, so I would not want this past issue to be dragged up here and now when the problems are different ones now.
