It looks awesome, but the main problem has not been addressed as far as I can say:
Pvp-opness.
Look at the Akegata, Shire. Uruz. Shishi. They are massive (especially the first 3) or at least large, bulky, high, wide. It is IMPOSSIBLE to dodge fire in them.
Your OC AT will just have to strafe to avoid fire while staying at max range and hammering targets with cruiser-like dps.
I love the model, it looks awesome.
BUT: Without major balancing thought, this one cannot be put next to all other BT without creating MAJOR in-class-imbalance.

So you're saying less cargo hold isn't an imbalance? I mean if they won't implement the OCAT I could always just fly a Gull or Pelican.
Comparing a combat armored transport to a heavy hauler and saying it shouldn't be better in terms of combat is just funny.
