Today i was monitoring traffic in the Pennsylvania system when i was approached by a vessel bearing the callsign (C~Jack.Light, I started a conversation with this pilot whose ID identified him as an Outcast. He was very interested in finding out what, if anything, we know of the group 'The Auxesia' and their interactions with DSE. He also informed me of a base that DSE have been using along with recent changes in their freight operations. All of this information is attached to this transmission. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to discuss further with Mr Light but unfortunately we were intercepted by a Forlorn mercenary Gunship and later a VHF. I was accompanied by another Outcast vessel at the request of Mr Light, a ship with the tag (C~The-Honey.Badger came to the scene and quickly dispatched the gunship leaving an opportunity for me to leave safely
Mr Light also informed me that he has more information which his people want to give us 'when the time is right' to put it as he did. I'm not totally sure what he meant by this but i am intrigued all the same. I shall be requesting authorization to meet with Mr Light and discuss things further

This is a note on a joint smuggling operation with the Unioners as agreed between Wolfgang Weisen and Armin Jansen. High activity of the Liberty Navy and the Forlon Hope in New York disrupted our mobilization plan. However, four our transports piloted by me, Wolfgang Weisen, Grubozaboyshikov, Medrano and escorted by Jaws met with Unioner convoy consisting of two transports and three escort fighters in Dresden. Once reaching Omicron Gamma our wing took a secret position while Unioner transports were unloading our cargo and loading Artifacts. A Red Hessian Army wing of fighters appeared in Gamma but our presence was not compromised. While Unioner escorts drove Red Hessians away our transports left Omicron Gamma safely. During our way back to Buffalo we were intercepted by a lone reservist in Frankfurt. Thankfully, Jaws managed to hold off the attacker so our transports escaped and safely reached Buffalo with full loads of Artifacts.
The operation was successful as none of the six transports was damaged though we lost one escort light fighter while Unioners lost their entire escort wing. Additionally, it must be noted, that during the operation regular Unioners expressed general disdain for the Lane Hackers multiple of times which begs the question whether this relationship has any future. On a side note this operation proved that a stealth smuggling operations in hostile territory are possible though require better organization.
As of this moment Mactan Network received update with a number of changed policies, access restrictions and advancement criteria aimed to introduce new operational guidelines and increase our effectiveness. Detailed list of changes is as follows:
Advancement criteria changes
• Determination criterion has been moved to Deceiver requirements relaxed to three extortions or destructions.
• Manipulation criterion has been relaxed allowing non-standard scenarios reviewed on case by case basis.
• Navigation criterion has been limited to all Lane Hacker bases.
• Command criterion has been relaxed to one required extortion or destruction.
• Vigilance has been relaxed to one extortion or destruction.
• Resourcefulness required to complete extortion outside of Liberty has been removed.
• Infiltration criterion allows now presenting valuable intelligence to the Professorship instead of selling it to third party only.
Policy changes
• Interruptors are now allowed to field bombers of any class.
• Deceivers are now allowed to field gunships and snublines of our closest allies.
• Preferential smuggling policy is now a guideline not a strict rule.
All changes are effective immediately. In the upcoming time our priority will be to rebuild our fleet assets after the losses in an ion storm in Cold Lake Nebula.
Just today i was enroute to meet with a contact on Rochester when i came across the Liberty Navy 'Archer' class vessel the 'Comet-44' I proceeded to scan the vessel and managed to get a full scan of it's military equipment before safely moving away and continuing my journey to Rochester Logs of the ship in question
I have another report to deliver. I was on my way back to Buffalo after my meeting with my contact on Rochester when i came across the Liberty Security Force 'Archer' class vessel 'Croft' heading into the tradelane to the Texas system. I proceeded to scan the vessel from a safe distance and was able to complete a full scan of the vessels equipment. Scan of vessel in question
Extraction of Battlegroup Harmony Final - Operation Report
At 18.00 SMT a Lane Hacker wing consisting of two fighters and one bomber departed from Cochrane Depot in Ontario and rendezvoused with Harmony Battlegroup in Texas, sector 7F. Separatists were safely escorted to Ontario where we regrouped and prepared a strike force. The Lane Hacker wing took point and intercepted group of Liberty Navy ships in New York, which in total during the engagement consisted of two battleships, two gunboats and four fighters including mercenary units. Taking advantage of surprise and enemy's slow reaction time our four fighters focused and destroyed hostile gunboat before dispatching Navy and mercenary fighters one by one . In the meantime, remaining bomber gave support to the Harmony and helped it maintain distance from pursuing battleships. At this point Lane Hacker fighter wing broke off to give place for two incoming heavy bombers, which intercepted remaining Navy battleship within Pittsburgh Debris Field and destroyed it. During operation one Lane Hacker bomber and Harmony fighter were severely damaged. After safe return to base 35 units of recovered data disks were deposited in Lane Hacker R&D.

This is my first report while being an initiate Lane Hacker, and I am under going the initiate training and promotion criteria. I would like to inform you all that I have gathered some intel on a Harmony Guardian fighter-class as well as a primary fleet Liberty Navy pilot. It appears that the Harmony pilot had some very unique weaponry mounted to their ship. But all intel I could must up has been put together and will be provided in the attachment below.
Also this evening we moved to Torbay were I received a HELLION class weapon, I relocated the weapon to Mactan Base in Magellan where I have stopped for refueling. There are also twenty five prisoners awaiting to be relocated to a prison ship for interrogation.

I have now returned and on the approach route to Airdrie with a selection of what appear to be prototype weapons, some potentially interesting remains of alien entitiies and some examples of Gallic weapons. These were all located on wrecks found as I worked my way back from the Texas jumphole adventure.
I have also assembled cartographic information for two of these Outer systems, the second, Omicron Epsilon [following report], linking back to Outcast space.Omicron Minor is littered with a number wrecks and jump holes to currently unexplored systems.
Of the many wrecks the following yielded interesting information and some novel equipment.
Within the system there were remnants of both human and alien infrastructure.
The system is full of aliens and is regularly patrolled by wings of Core vessels.
Omicron Epsilon details will appear in a folowing communication burst which will for Part Two of this report.

Part Two of my recent trek across space detailing Omicron Epsilon, a link from Outcast Soace to the outer reaches of what we seem to be aware of in this quadrant of space.
In some respects this system is similar to the last
with evidence of battles, aliens and human structures, however what is different is that these structures are in use, although there is some wrecked base material.
There is a well defended alien presence with lots of hostile patrols and an impressively dense minefield.
The effectiveness of these alien patrols appear to be evidenced by the numerous wrecks in the system.
I will provide a full verbal report in my debriefing session after docking, it strikes me that further exploration of this area may be useful and provide possible enhancement to our current design of new equipment and ships.
Could a ship be launched to transfer the material.
