She just sighed and shook her head. Florence was different afterall.. and she had to admit she wasn't the only Gallic she knew who was more open and.. friendly."Dear.. I honestly don't care right now. You know.. it's nothing to bother us with, right? We are both different from all those people.. we know what really matters.." While saying this in an for Mi surprisingly soft tone, she approached Florence and with a weak shaking of her head she went to kiss her love. "Only this matters.." She whispered then and looked at her Flo, truly just this mattered. The war, the criminality, who cares?
The kiss Mi gave her instantly made her calm down again, it was enough to let all anger and fear disappear for the moment again. She wrapped her arms around her waist and held her close to admire her beauty and her wonderful scent. "You're right, you matter to me." She said and gently pressed her forehead against Mi's and closed her eyes. "Je t'aime..." she whispered after a few seconds of relaxing and letting her emotions go. Being calm and in love around Mi was better than thinking about the other life she had. it was an initial mistake by Mi to even mention it, though, it was not like Florence took the three-day vacation to think about her duties while abroad.
She giggled amused, Florence was just sweet.. too sweet to even bother with stuff concerning their both careers! Right now Mi didn't care if the prior was a mistake or not, she knew it didn't matter. "I love you too, my sweetest...." She pulled her love close and embraced her tightly.. "What do you want to start your vacation with~? A bit action.. or just
a relaxing few hours today evening?" She asked caringly then, smiling she resisted an idea of hers.
"Action... I had enough action the last days, I could really take just relaxing this evening if you don't mind, we can watch something, a movie or something, anything, honestly." She giggled. "As long as we do it together I am fine with everything." She said and smiled whilst closing her eyes. It became pretty warm between them, though, and Florence ended the long lasting closeness between them, with a kiss, though, to this point, MI had engaged the most romantic acts, not giving anything back would look denying. "Is there anything you really want to do? Or is just hanging around doing nothing fine?" She asked her as they were not hugging anymore, carefully, Florence glid her hands over Mi's soft skin and watched her blushing cheeks.
Mi looked with a super soft expression at her love and started to smile. "Anything, hm? I will find lots to do for us then! But.. for now.. I am fine with just hanging around here, a bit of calming down should be nice enough." She winked at Flo, 'calming'.. she couldn't resist but to chuckle as she doubted the next days would be calm at all but rather filled with activities of all kinds.
"Hmm..." Florence made and sunk into thoughts for a moment, trying to find something to do that wouldn't go into Mi's usual schedule of "being herself", although she knew that was unavoidable. Not that she would try to hinder Mi from doing what she would probably do but a bit of relaxing clearly was the first step. "What about some Sake? You sure do have some, do you?" She asked her with a very silent giggle following, that was probably inspired by her typical gallic genes of being generalizing, wondering if Mi would be offended by this pure question. Surely not every kusarian had Sake at home, just like not all gallics would have wine at home, just coincidental that Florence always did. The game of clichés that she, or maybe even they, played in their heads, two different heritages, both filled with an awful lot of stereotypes. "Although I heard the taste is... I don't know, hard to get used to for foreigners, is that true?"
Mi looked a bit startled at her love, starting with such typical questions? Sake? Florence knew that Mi prefered Whiskey! She smiled anyways, it was somehow cute for her to want to finally try Sake. "I do have a few bottles, you should know I rarely drink it myself. It's just for guests, mostly sisters." She considered making Florence all confused by listing the types of Sake she had at home but decided not to be the mean girl.. atleast for now and not when it was about beverages as topic.
"It depends, honestly. What do you prefer, a stronger taste with more alcohol? A cold one, warm one? Maybe even something close to Sake but slightly different? It's.. sugared rice wine. Whatever you prefer!"
She thought about it for a moment, although it wouldn't even have been necessary, given that Florence knew nothing about Sake at all, especially not what kind of Sake there was. "How about... something light." She said and gently pressed her index finger against Mi's nose with a warm smile. "I have decided to not drink a lot anymore, I mean, I never did but I don't want to be drunk again, you know?" She shook her head a little and made a slightly disgusted face at the thought of drinking too much.
Mi giggled a little when Florence poked her nose."Something light, hm, I know what to get then. I am not sure where I put this bottle though, might take me a short while. Feel like at h- oh nevermind, you are home." She blushed a little bit after this sentence and slowly walked out of the room. Florence was right, getting drunk too much would just decrease the sweetness of this day.
Florence's heart felt warm when Mi told her that this was her home, it was always such a thrill to hear such words coming for her, they were so precious to her, the only thing she regretted, was that she couldn't give Mi something back like this. "...merci..." she stuttered out with a shy smile as Mi left the room. Florence decided to sit on the comfortable couch and lean back. She turned her head around a few times to catch another glance at Mi#s decorative interior that awoke the inner culturally interested person in Florence. Everything in there was just enjoyable to look at, including Mi herself. She heard the little glasses of Sake being filled from the kitchen and already waited with high expectations.
