⇒ Case Number: 25687B ⇒ Incident/s: Restricted cargo, no licence ⇒ Location: New London, Sector D6 ⇒ Reporting Officer: Deputy Chief Inspector Steve judge While interviewing Mr Wiggin of White Shipping Co. i was alerted by TLAGSNET to a vessel carrying restricted cargo, this ship was also flying under [WSC] tags under the callsign Men_in_black. I instructed Mr Wiggin to call the vessel to our location outside planet New London and he complied, i also warned him that i had logged the trade lane sensor information and that if his colleague dropped his cargo en route he would be in even more trouble. Mr Wiggin complied and the vessel arrived outside New London where i proceeded to commence with a full scan of the ship, the detailed scan concluded it was indeed in possession of restricted cargo, namely 308 (Three Hundred and Eight) Military Vehicles. I began to question the captain of the Men_in_black vessel and he freely admitted that he didn't know his cargo was a restricted commodity and as such does not have a valid licence. As this is a first instance for White Shipping Co. i decided to use my discretion and fined the captain 2 million credits and ordered him to deliver his cargo to Battleship Suffolk, being the nearest military checkpoint. I also informed the captain of the ship, and Mr Wiggin, about the correct procedure for applying for a restricted goods licence in the Kingdom and was assured there will not be a repeat incident
Conclusion: ► Case closed: Defendant pleaded guilty to breaching section 3.3 (Goods Classified as Partially Restricted, Requiring Licences) of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law and was fined 2 million credits. Cargo of 308 Military Vehicles dropped at Battleship Suffolk

⇒ Case Number: 25688B ⇒ Incident/s: Restricted cargo, no licence ⇒ Location: New London, Sector D6 ⇒ Reporting Officer: Deputy Chief Inspector Steve judge I was stationed outside Planet New London when two vessels, namely two Gull civilian transports, emerged from the Dublin trade lane. I proceeded to scan the vessels and the results returned a cargo of Military Vehicles on both ships. As i began questioning, the captain of the vessel 'Corvidae' informed me that neither himself nor the other captain were in possession of a valid restricted goods licence. I proceeded to read the captains their rights and, as is required by law, fined the both 2,000,000SC (1,000,000SC each). The vessels were also ordered to dock with the Planet and drop their cargo at the police impound
Conclusion: ► Case closed: Defendants pleaded guilty to breaching section 3.3 (Goods Classified as Partially Restricted, Requiring Licences) of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law and were fined 1 million credits each. Cargo of 195 and 196 Military Vehicles dropped at Planet New London

⇒ Case Number: 25689B ⇒ Incident/s: Restricted cargo, no licence ⇒ Location: New London, Sector D6 ⇒ Reporting Officer: Deputy Chief Inspector Steve judge I was stationed outside Canterbury station monitoring the trade lanes via TLAGSNET when a vessel, moving through the trade lanes in Cambridge, was brought to my attention. The scan on the vessel revealed it was carrying a cargo of side arms. I proceeded to intercept the vessel, anticipating it would arrive at New London via the Jump Gate and not the anomaly. Luckily my hunch paid off and, after a few moments, the vessel arrived in New London. I immediately ordered the captain of the vessel to cut his engines but he refused to do so, instead trying to dock with the lane. Following standard police procedure i disabled the lane and hit his thruster with a cruise missile, promptly warning the vessel again to cut its engines. Unfortunately the pilot still remained silent, refusing to cut his engines. Again he attempted to engage his cruise engines so i fired another cruise missile, this time following up with an EMP missile to drop his shield. I offered one more warning to the vessel insisting that should he not stop he would be considered a threat to house security and destroyed. Unfortunately, again, this was not enough and so, as the vessel attempted a second lane dock, i disabled his ship and beamed the pilot on board.
Conclusion: ► Case Closed: Defendant held for questioning on suspicion of breaching section 3.3 (Goods Classified as Partially Restricted, Requiring Licences) of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law

⇒ Case Number: 25690B ⇒ Incident/s: Restricted cargo, no licence ⇒ Location: New London, Sector D6 ⇒ Reporting Officer: Deputy Chief Inspector Steve judge Today i was making my usual patrol in New London. I was situated outside Planet New London when i was alerted to a vessel, via my TLAGSNET scanner, carrying the restricted cargo MOX. The vessel was moving through the Cambridge system and so, guessing he was heading to New London, i headed to the jump gate. After a few minutes wait the suspect emerged from the Jump gate. I demanded the vessel halt and then proceeded to commence a full detailed scan. The scan confirmed the ship was indeed carrying MOX, to a total of 3525 units. Upon questioning the captain of the vessel stated that he did not have a licence for the restricted cargo nor was he aware of the need for one. I informed the captain what law exactly his actions contravened and he accepted a 2 million credit fine. The vessel was also ordered to fly, on escort, to planet Cambridge where he was to drop off his cargo for analysis.
Conclusion: ► Case Closed: Defendant charged on one count of breaching section 3.3 (Goods Classified as Partially Restricted, Requiring Licences) of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law. Fined and cargo confiscated

Today we received some disturbing reports of a coalition incursion in Poole. I told the Deputy Chief Judge to meet me there, in order to investigate the situation. When we got there, we confirmed that the reports were more then accurate.
There were at least four to five fighters that I could count and one cruiser. I called for back up, but only two vessels answered my call, a police fighter and the captain of an armed forces cruiser.
The deputy chief and I commanded the small squad we gathered to hold the ground against the coalitioners. Unfortunetly, we were heavily outmatched both in numbers and skill.
Needless to say, despite the damage we made to their fighters, we were defeated. Luckily enough, they seem to have left my pod intact and I was later tractored by a pilot who arrived a bit late.
I managed to find a recording that some drone took of the fight, it appeared someone recorded it and uploaded the whole thing to the neuralnet.
I was in the last hour of my shift today, when I saw a gaian by the name of Sunflower flying near Planet New London. The pilot got away from me after teasing me for a while, but for some reason he came back.
I followed him into an asteroid field in New London, after being fooled more then once by the gaian, much to my shame. I tried to reason with him and asked him to let me detain him and escort him into one of our detainment facilities. However he did not comply and kept trying to run away. I had no choice but to engage his ship.
After a long fight, I managed to destroy his fighter and completed my shift. Sadly, I wasn't able to find his escape pod within the asteroids and couldn't place him under arrest.
⇒ Case Number: 25693B ⇒ Incident/s: Various, see below ⇒ Location: New London & Dublin systems ⇒ Reporting Officer: Deputy Chief Inspector Steve Judge A rather interesting patrol today. Upon making my first checkpoint at the Cambridge jump gate i came across a ship with an illegal Liberty Rogues transponder, i hailed the vessel's Captain whom, oddly enough, was rather submissive compared to previous interactions with other rogues. I scanned the vessel and, although he wasn't carrying any contraband, again not usual for a Rogue, he was using equipment considered illegal in Bretonia. I fined the miscreant 500,000SC and escorted him out of house space via Manchester.
My second interaction of the day was with one of Triple Hazard Pays ships, the Fortunes.Fancy. I'd already intercepted the vessel earlier at Southampton as i'd observed him trying to trade through the Leeds anomaly the day before and wanted to make sure he wasn't re-attempting that route. I was stationed at Canterbury scanning vessels using the trade lane system when his vessel flagged as transporting the fully restricted cargo Sorted Artifacts. I positioned myself at the Manchester jump gate and awaited his arrival, once he emerged from the jump gate i immediately began to question him on his cargo. He insisted that he had found the items 'floating in space' and while i was reluctant to believe him i had nothing to suggest otherwise. As the gentlemen was respectful and compliant i decided to use my discretion on this one and not issue a fine. The artifacts however were moved to Cambridge research facility for documenting.
Moving on i positioned myself back at Canterbury where, out of nowhere, a ship identifying as a Molly vessel appeared from above Planet Dover. I hailed the vessel which came to a stop behind Canterbury and began the dialogue. Upon scanning the vessel i realised that he was carrying 100 prisoners, 5 crew, 1 corsair pilot and one of our own Bretonian officers. I demanded he release his captured human cargo immediately to which he complied, releasing the BPA officer and 5 crew to my hold but refusing to release his prisoners.. He then went into cruise and myself, wanting to make another move on him for the rest of the civilians aboard his ship but not wanting to endanger the lives of the people i'd already rescued, i docked with the station to drop my passengers at the med bay and immediately re-launched to space to pursue the foe. It was at this point that i was joined by Constable Jade Roberts. We headed towards the Dublin jumpgate where, to my surprise, the assailant was waiting near the gate. He was able to dock with the gate but myself and Constable Roberts were hot on his tail, hitting him with a cruise missile as soon as we'd moved through. At this point we were joined by a bounty hunter by the name of Prime_Number, i confirmed with the Hunter that, should a firefight start, he/she had full authorization to attack the Molly ship. After some back and forth with the assailant it was clear that he wasn't going to give up the prisoners and, with a cautious tone, i confirmed authorization to fire. Constable Roberts lead the attack immediately stripping the assailants shield but unfortunately also taking a critical hit herself which the foe was able to capitalise on and destroyed Miss Roberts ship as if it was made of paper. While attempting to retrieve her pod i too was caught by this miscreants fast trigger finger and succumbed to his overwhelming firepower. Again, luckily for myself, the Bounty Hunter was able to tractor in my pod and kept the assailant at bay until the BAF were able to arrive and relieve him of his vessel
The final case for today was one of a more clerical side. While scanning ships visiting New London i noticed a vessel by the name of theTinMan carrying equipment usually used for the building of space installations. As we had not received any new applications recently this aroused an amount of suspicion in me and so i decided to question the captain. Upon talking with him he was quite happy to tell me not only that he was intending on building a base, but also his intended location. I informed him that his choice of location wasn't allowed and that he should consult our neural-net page. Not quite sure that he understood me as when i was making another patrol with Constable Salad late in the day we came across him for a second time and he still seemed pretty intent on his construction. Will continue to monitor the area
Conclusion: ► Liberty Rogue, Case Closed: Fined the vessel and escorted from system ► THP|Fortune's.Fancy, Case Closed: Cargo removed. ⇒ Case Number: 25685B ⇒ Incident/s: Assault on an officer/illegal vessels ⇒ Location: New London Sector F-4/ Manchester System Sector F-4 ⇒ Reporting Officer: Inspector John Steiner Patrol today was met with an interesting surprise when I encountered two Royal Navy vessels on the trade lane from Kensington to the Manchester Jump gate. After a lengthly discussion (including an offer of safe haven should I defect to the Gallic cause) I engaged and destroyed one of the ships before setting out to hunt the other, who had left to pirate a trader fleeing the system.
The other RN pilot was located just outside Sheffield station in Manchester where, after a lenthly battle, she turned and fled back into Magellan.
Conclusion: ► One Offending vessel destroyed/One offending vessel removed from Bretonia
⇒ Case Number: 25685B ⇒ Incident/s: Illegal vessels/Illegal goods ⇒ Location: New London Sector D-2 ⇒ Reporting Officer: Inspector John Steiner Patrol began with a normal sweep of the Cambridge system where a DSE transport was discovered haulling 950 Military vehicles at Cardiff. He repeatedly failed to stop or surrender his cargo so his vessel was destroyed.
Contining patrol resulted in Two Gaian vessels being discovered in New London today, what would have been a normal patrol resulted in a moral debate with the Gaian pilots who chose to exercise their right to the freedom of speech and give voice to their disagreement with planetforms operations. After some time two bounty hunters arrived to claim the price on Gaian heads. One Gaian actually decided to turn himself over to my custody, in order to avoid being shot by the Hunters. I began to escort him back to New London for processing when he (unsurprisingly) began running. He fled straight to the Junker base (Trafalgar) where he promptly docked.
I believe the harbouring of criminals falls under article 4.11 (Miscellaneous Offences) and as such I believe that because the Junker base is even open to Gaian's, this is just cause to open an investigation.
Conclusion: ► One Offending vessel destroyed/ Investigation against Junker's opened.
