Truthfully, I'm against idea of BGS. Why? We already had such a scenario in which all Freelancers going in and out of one Freelancer station were destroyed, as other faction made access to such a station entirely forbidden (and shot at such violators as one and only consequence) because of one Freelancer ID-based group doing.
That being said, good luck with your project, @Barrier Gate Station. The only concern I actually have about this is banning people from the station. That's because rephacking offenders red/nodock to all Freelancer bases would be extreme. And there are no other means to actually keep unwanted individuals off the station.
Freelancer bases belong to no one and cannot be administered by anyone. Freelancers aren't a faction, they are neutrals with (technically) no boss over their heads. They are more neutral than Zoners themselves in that aspect.
We're sorry for any feedback we missed, but even Criminal Masterminds Eager Roleplayers need to sleep. Apologies for anything I miss, I'll try and sum up the answers to the questions I've seen.
Catbert: We don't actually intend to Rephack people, even if we became official. There's plenty of Irp ways to circumvent that kind of things. What we're hoping for is that people will honor this kind of thing from a role play perspective, we won't be mechanically forcing things on people.
Panzer: Thanks for your warm wishes! The interest is certainly appreciated, and we're eager to provide you with quality role play soon
NomNom: Well we have a few different activitiy ideas. A primary goal for us is the defense of the Barrier Gate NFZ, as is well known. Aside from that though, we do intend to get involved in Escort contracts, Secret Research Endeavours, all kinds of fun things.
If I have missed any feedback please let me know! And thank you for your continued interest.

My only ... well, criticism, if it can be considered as such, is that your role-play was rather "dry" (not sure if it's the best word).
I do understand, and respect, the fact that you were trying to be professional (from an inRP point of view), but it gave me the feeling that I had to push you with messages/questions to even get any kind of RP from your side - otherwise you would've stayed silent.
Still, it's possible i'm being subjective so i won't judge you one way or the other based on a single encounter.
I look forward to meeting you guys again, in various circumstances.
