In the OP @Xalrok listed a bunch of factions to compare Auxesia to in regards to using/manufacturing tech from another faction. As Auxesia are producing another faction's technology, I'd say it's only logical that Auxesia would also have a 90% cell, like the other factions listed in the OP, as the tech they're using is either outdated or they can't use it to its full capability. Also in some cases, Wild actually DO have 90% cells on tech they don't own (i.e Gallic Lawful). But otherwise, Wild such as Aoi or Wilde are literally just infected carbon copies of their local House militaries.

If they're placeholder models then that will mean Aux gets the new model since its still the very same ship.

Vendetta and I came to an agreement where one side would inherit the other stuff depending on who gets new models first. Generally speaking, I at least have RP'd the current ship-line as prototypes, hence why visually they just look like darker BHG ships. I considered them to be placeholders when it seemed like new models were going to be created a month or so after their addition to the mod. It's been over a year now (maybe even more?) without new models. Anyway, it's all very timebound so it's nothing for the close future.

Although now that it comes to mind, the 90% cell solution might just be better and 100x easier if the aforementioned idea can't fly anymore.

That doesn't seem right. They might have been placeholders but they have been there long enough they may aswell be lore by now. Surely if Core do the RP to show that and updated/new models are in fact a development from the old then Aux shouldn't be getting them.

Ah right. I guess we just need to put in a tech cell request for the sake of defining who can use what, and to make it distinctive from the BHG line.

Now I know that you're just baiting on purpose for reaction. I was clearly referring to the making Makos and trading them out joke.

Another important note about the example factions is that they have their own tech derived from the tech they have, and take note that they're older which means the technological difference is much larger and significant. These aren't that outdated as the events are recent, and the tevh isnt receiving the same optimisations at all.

In fact, I thought after you shut up and stopped talking to me, that this situation was done. Apparently not.

In both cases, I proposed a solution which was applauded as a possibility. My only mistake was assuming it could be done promptly (although that was more for the guns, less for the ships which I sympathised they would be timebound). Even Auxesia's own members stated a new ship-line would be the way to deal with this moving forward.

Also no need to torpedo a thread and get it locked again, please.

Damn, Core guys really have sleep problems.

Advice to Core also. RP more and get your faction more active (meaning RPly), not only when aliens log. It gives a... "thin" sense of ownership regarding everything that the Core lately got, given the fact that the only "miracle" that happened in Delta was a horseload of pvp ganks/logs.

And trust me, you cannot deny people the RP Lyth no matter how many bubbles you do on your mouth. People will always find a way either that you agree it or not, to get their hands on what they desire to achieve. And that's generally speaking.

i.e. : If I desire to create a Core vessel for my own purposes, I will. I know how to RP it and story tell it. And I bet there are a lot of people capable of doing that.
