I apologise for the lack of a response. This communication slipped under our notice after some reshuffling. I am Supreme Guildkeeper Nathan Archos. Whilst our Guildmaster Enma Loyola is attending other business, I am currently leading The Core's diplomatic and military actions.
We have been testing the missile for the purpose of disabling Nomadic vessels so that they cannot damage our own. Our tests have proven to be extremely successful, and have completely redefined the way we harvest Nomadic materials. Our process is now much safer, and far more efficient, thanks to you.
Our facilities on Nauru are state of the art. They are part of a Core initiative to lease out private R&D space to 3rd parties. If there's something you require, it will be there.

The situation changed a good deal, specially in the political sphere, and consequently on security as well. No longer does the Imperial dispute hampers the KNF, and while the outcome is... bittersweet, our Naval Forces have come out reinforced in numbers, although weakened in cohesion.
Additionally, the disputes in Rheinland border, and the new political wind in Kusari have made our sights move to the sigmas. If that will spell trouble for us is almost certain, but the political leadership believes it's worth it. I hope they are assuming that on better intel than mine. *she says with a concern*
Nevertheless, I'm glad we have got some results on Aramitama, and we hope to keep relying on our partnership with Core to improve our technology and countermeasures against the nomad threats.
Speaking of countermeasures, I have considering a proposal for our esteemed Shogun to establish a protocol between KNF and Core, for the purpose of closer cooperation in common operational areas against the less mundane threats. While the KNF does its duty and spares no effort in keeping Kusari safe from all sorts of threats, it is my opinion that with reliable organizations such as the Core dedicated to dealing with Nomadic incursions and suppressing the violent in space, we may focus on more conventional threats and leave the joys of cremating nomads to capable hands.
KNF would make arrangements to accommodate and establish Core strike teams on areas of sensitive regions in Kusari, to assist in suppressing Nomadic infestations and reduce asset acquisition by their supporters. Core agents and teams will operate under KNF guidelines and directives within House space, and inform us on any findings on your operations on threats to Kusari, Nomadic or other.
In return, Core teams can be given rights to a sizeable portion to the salvage, intel or materials that are acquired from the operations within Kusari jurisdiction, as well as access to some KNF installations suitable for the containment of Nomadic related assets. More details can be discussed at a later date.
Tell me if there is an interest by the Core to expand their operations in Kusari.
A Core strike team within Kusari sounds like something we can do. We've recently begun work on restructuring the Arcani, our Sirius/Intelligence division, and giving them an assignment in Kusari will be perfect. They can be identified with the Core|A- callsign. We can jump in a unit to Kusari, and they can operate out of your installations. Thereafter, we can establish a shared communication channel for both parties to relay intel in.
The Core is more than happy to claim salvage as a reward, although considering it will be operating in Kusari, I wonder about the possibility of those Arcani pilots being able to make use of Kusarian technology when on patrol?

As for the "tech" request, I'm sure something can be discussed, but such matters are outside of my immediate control. Perhaps we can do a small introduction of your agents to our hardware in controlled operations under the Naval Forces or the Intelligence branch command. Should they prove capable and cooperative, a more autonomous arrangement may be proposed.

I have studied the message logs and the purpose of this transmission seems clear to me, but before we dispatch our operatives within Kusari space, we would like multiple conditions to be upheld prior to the dispatching:
The Core operatives will receive a concrete location that will be considered as their base of operations for the time of their stay within Kusari Sovereign Space.
The Core operatives will be granted the permission of freely moving around the Kusari Sovereign Space and their movement will not be delayed by any means unless they are acting in violation of Kusari internal laws or are posing a significant threat to House Kusari.
The Core and Arcani operatives will have their full authority to serve their original purpose and actively detect and deal with the cases of possession of Nomad Equipment and contraband of Nomad remains and artifacts, reporting each separate case to Naval Forces, providing the relevant visual data of the vessel in violation. The Naval Forces intelligence will be performing the same sequence upon discovering a vessel in violation of said conditions.
The Core and the Naval Forces Intelligence will cooperate in the following cases and on following conditions:
For the removal of alien threat and the bearers of Nomad equipment and Nomad remains if they refuse to comply the demand to hand it over - without prior permission from The Naval Forces.
Any internal threat - be it a smuggler or a criminal in violation of Kusari laws - with prior permission and after the direct request from the authority officer of the Naval Forces or Naval Intelligence.
On special cases when the situation demands evaluation in the field - with the prior permission and after the direct request of Naval Forces or Naval Intelligence officer.
As for the technology exchange - i doubt i am allowed to speak on behalf of APM manufacturing, so this matter will be left to Mr. Archos to be resolved, i assume it to be equal and mutually beneficial.
