The recovery following the accident in Valetta's scaffolds for the Sicily has been a resounding success with minimal loss of life and limb thanks to the exceedingly quick and borderline zealous reaction time by your part. For that, the dockworkers on Valetta, myself, and Malta as a whole thank you for your contributions of time and effort dedicated to this cause. Personally I sustained only relatively minor injuries following the initial explosion, but a number of others weren't so lucky. Those that couldn't persist through to the end of the project have had their places taken on the work schedule and we're back at the construction process now that repairs have completed.

Given the less than quiet nature of the accident, I'm certain it's public-knowledge around Malta at this point but just for those of you still unaware: the Sicily is the Directorate's latest upgrade and retrofit project for the former RM-1 Storta "Sicily" to a vessel design of far more... significant stature, lets say. This final phase of resources will consist of her finishing up her internal accommodations and the construction of her new Battleship sized Galaxia-class sensor array. This requires a number of more specialized items on the latest resource list but should otherwise be of little problem for such resourceful individuals and organizations such as yourselves. It's been quite a ride with all of you and I greatly appreciate your efforts, but I think I'll be a bit more relieved to see this all concluded and over with. In an effort to have this through as quickly as possible, I've received authorization to extend Direttore Varela's offer into this phase as well. That is to say: The vessel that delivers the majority share of Phase 4's resources will receive a flat 15m credit bonus applied to the Neural-Net account of their choice.
