Let us put it simple:
I had eyes and ears keeping a close look at the summit, so we know what is going on.
I suppose it would be a good move now to tell you that we have, while no heavy ones, a few vessels in proximity to Omega-49. Vessels I am ready to order to defend vessels transporting refugees, that is in case of the Bretonian Armed Forces making a sudden move against the Zoners of Omega-49. Until then, we will keep watching. There are quite a lot of factors that could prevent hostilities to break out, yet there are about as many points speaking for an escalation. While the safety of the citizens has top priority, everyone able to push a diplomatic approach should still do so. The Bretonian representatives at the summit were not all the best diplomats to be blunt, so there is some hope left.

Greetings Humans,
actual we have no liner to support the evacuation, but we will send a Transport and a Cruiser for defending transports there.Becouse we self are looking for a new home, we can't offer a place for humans, but we will bring soi many to other offered locactions that we can.
The Harvester will only shoot back so don't be afraid because of the Action of other AI's.
But we still hope that all this all this is not necessary at the end!
Anti-Bretonian Front would like to make an official statement.
In the recent days, Duma Lexington has been heating up the relations between Gran Canaria and Bretonians. While we all can agree that presence of Battleship Stirling is something that may be treated with utter suspicion, to the point of outright hostilities. Sadly, this prevailed and due to specific machinations within ABF and led into personal vendetta of the man that had been stirring the relations, even to the point of flaunting The Summit. However, as a close relative of William Steiner noted in a private talk, both William Steiner and Duma Lexington created a rather unsettling situation as the most vocal figures due to their stubborness and already strained atmosphere.
ABF was created in the first place as a diplomatic beacon for Zoners who disliked presence of Battleship Stirling inside Omega-49. However, ambition of a rather sour man who survided through hells of Freeport 11, as well as using loss of Freeport 2 to criminals as a fear factor, this quickly went out of the rails. Around 1800 Hours SMT, Duma Lexington has been deprived of control over the organization and put into domestic arrest. Anti-Bretonian Front stands leaderless - maybe for the better. Just recently I pushed a private note towards one of OSI representatives in which I stated the end to internal affairs and to cool down entire situation, before it could spiral out of control.
According to that note, ABF is willing to demilitarize itself - keeping the light escort vessels - and to cease following Duma Lexington's ways of hostility and resort to reasoning through diplomacy, while still pointing out at the fact that Battleship Stirling should be removed from Omega-49 in order not to put Gran Canaria into risk. Criminals or not, Zoners still need to maintain neutrality, yet BAF warship might be received by Corsairs as violation of that neutrality within the system and turn against everyone in it - including Bretonians refugees who seek shelter. Given what is happening within New London right now, we can pretty much say everyone are scared and - as seen by example of infamous Duma Lexington - may lead into paranoia and catastrophic results of that paranoia.

Mademoiselle Samson,
First of all, I am sincerely saddened the drums of war have spread to your peaceful settlement.
I will ensure to the best of my abilities for Gran Canaria refugee transports flying through Liberty space to receive adequate protection and enquiry if logistics can be provided for your cause.
Avec l'expression de mes plus sincères salutations,
Alice DeFrance

There is a old saying ... the rats are the first to leave the ship!!!! Tell me ... Prof. Dr. Alessa Samson ... where are you going to place all the people? In a station? Are there any stations large enough to take all these people? Is there another planet that i don't know of that can take us all? Why ... you want to leave this planet empty for the bretonians?!! How you wiil gona pay all this ... did the bretonians ... helped you?!! Six years ago the Corsairs did the same ... we fought back ... i mean ... some of us fought back!! Now we had all this time to prepare for another invasion ... not from the Corsairs ... that is part of the pass and i hold no resent to then, they also lost many like we did ... but actually we were expecting to be from the Gauls ... but looks like the only diference between Bretonia and Gallia is just the language!!! We don't have forces in space that can fight back, but ... tThat i know ... we have about twenty thousand strong men and women ready to fight .. there are probably more groups, and i don't know what the Corsair setlements will do ... but if the bretonians are coming ... it is better they come prepared because we will gonna give then hell!!
So ... i wish you a safe voyage for you and all your rats i mean refugees!!
We had heard of the situation in Omega 49 and I would want to invite you and any Zoner civilian who wishes to leave Omega 49 to join us in Tau 44, planet Borneo.
We are currently repairing the Colonies on Borneo but any Zoner that wishes to start a new and needs a place to stay are welcome to join us.
In addition, I will dispatch several ILL and Ares ships to ferry any willingly Zoner resident to either Tau 44 or anywhere else.

Mr. Red,
We do not want to evacuate anyone who does not want to leave. There are some who might want to because for whatever reason, they cannot fight. They might be elderly, disabled or just too young for it. Even then they may want to stay. It is up to them, really. I think you will find that most stick around.
He thinks for a moment
What this planet needs is leadership. As it stands, Omicron Supply Industries administers the system. My only concern with them is corporate interest in Bretonia. How will that affect their judgement. Admittedly, Cambridge University is a very dear place to me having lectured there and sent many of my staff there for concurrency training. It may be the leverage I need.
I will stand by the people of Canaria who wish to stay. Will I die doing so? Maybe but I for one will not give in that easy. What the people need here is to elect a leader, a voice. Am I he? I do not know but I it is them that I represent.
as we currently can see it most to all involved parties will offer us an unharmed passage so far. Nonetheless, we will stay careful. It could always be a the wrong place at the wrong time. In case an escorting service is required we may contact you directly.
You can be sure that we won't drop any diplomatic relations and still seek to negotiate.
Greeting FreeAI's,
even I noticed a representative in a robotic shape of your group at the summit. We are very unaware about you and your motivation. Before any closer regulations can be set there is the need to know more of you.
Greetings Mr. Sloan,
these are at least good news. In fact Duma Lexigton was a war-mongering participant in the summit. I hope your group will move themselves into a position. In the end violence will just follow new violence. This is the endless cycle of human evolution which our society seeks to break out.
Bonjour Mademoiselle DeFrance,
we appreciate the caring words of liberty sources. I'm certain you can await a refugee transport destination the Pennsylvania system very soon.
Dear Red,
I feel your anger. However, we feel the need that these families, who feel unsafe at this place or even can't fight and want to be evacuated, should have the possibility getting evacuated.
I hope that their won't be any bombardment and I also hope this evacuation will be just a huge mess of credits, but the previous summit was closed with war declarations on the ground of Omega-49 from the Corsair and the Bretonian side. I saw the images of the bombardment and I am sure the civilians on planet Gran Canaria still have these in their minds.
I don't want to give a 9-year old girl a weapon and tell her: Fight for your right to be here and a Zoner. If you want to do that I can't stop you from that. However I want to have a save alternative to keep our integrity to be a Zoner by finding a settlement that will allow us having an independent life in peace.
Dear Mr. Condor,
I hoped to hear from one of the Crayter Republic in this cause. I have already heard that my associate Prof. Regis is already in contact with. I'm sure you can settle all things directly with him. Thank you very much. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Miss Samson,
The Government of the Coalition is ready to host over a million colonists on planet Jiangxi. We have the place, the ecosystem to supply everything they might need, and automated machinery to integrate the community in the local economy. Given the number of Zoners on Gran Canaria, I am certain that everyone willing to relocate to Jiangxi will be able to do so.

Miss Samson i will make this short and to the point. First point i saw the open comms for the summit invite and followed it closely and had intended on attending it but decided not to. there was already too many cooks in the kitchen os to say It does not take a rocket scientist to see who was in attendance and be able to tell thing we're going to be problematic at best. Sadly my presumption was correct. Secondly, I have had enough experience in the Kusari Military Complex with these kind of situations, I have had enough of war and decided to take a different path. But that in no way has left my military thinking dull. Thirdly, If you think I am " talking from some illusive high-horse and throwing out unjustified critics" you are sadly mistaken. Let me break this down for you if you are going to have a movement of a massive scale you need at least two things a point A and a point B once that is established then you can pencil in assets needed and also what rations are needed. None of this has been mentioned. I can not just have people sitting on a craft that at some point is going to be needed elsewhere. Just blindly flying around asking if people want to take a few thousand refugees. Not a good plan. If in some way asking for these number is being on a high horse then so be it.
