Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Vorsitzender Stuhl. My name is Christiane Laurich and I am kommissar from the administrative department of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.
The news about yet another vicious act of the Hessians against simple Rheinlanders which did not get even the smallest chance to save their lives as there was no warning reached us already. It saddens us and our thoughts are with you and the families which just lost their loved ones. It seems that Hessians do not hesitate to deploy a significant number of capital ships just to destroy a civilian station. The security situation in Omega-7 can be considered as very dangerous now, but you are correct that Bundesrepublik depends on the raw materials which are deposited there so your plan for construction of replacement is understandable.
However, for the construction of the modular base in the location you stated in the highly encrypted message you will need permission from DHC- primary division because it would be in their mining zone.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Vorsitzender Stuhl.
Your application was examined and we decided to issue conditional approval. You may begin construction of the Feldkirch Depot base in the area mentioned in your highly encrypted message under the following conditions:
The station will be placed according to the requirements of the Daumann Heavy Construction primary division, so with a minimum distance of 10 kilometers from mining area (as well as from any space traffic objects like stations). Furthermore, DHC- tagged ships must be granted access to the station.
You paid the registration fee already, so that is all regarding the base. On a different subject - you still did not inform us to which account we should forward reimbursement related to the incident around the Salvage Depot as asked by the Polizedirektor Carsten.

It is good to see Republican Shipping expansion, can be translated as Rheinland economy expansion aswell.
Now, to the matter at hand:
The location you provided via encrypted message is acceptable, thus soon you deposit the fee of 50 million credits on [RM]Bank account, conditional permission will be granted. Base expansion will be conditioned at the base construction being verified having been executed in the coordinates you informed to Rheinland Militar.
§1.1. Every organization or individual, which wants to construct a station in Rheinland, has to answer the following points truthfully:
§1.1.1. Fundgrube Station §1.1.2. Walter Bergmann - Callsign: DHC-Walter.Bergmann §1.1.3. Daumann Heavy Construction §1.1.4. Trade Post, Miner Supply Station, Miner Protection §1.1.5. N/A
§1.2. Munich - Exact Location Sent via Encryption
§2. Any deviation in the information provided by the paragraph §1.1. and its subsections is subject for official investigation and may be sanctioned. Understood
I would like to expand the long-standing base "DHC-Aluminium-Giesserei" in the Munich system. Due to the irradiated nebula it is built in and the damage that does to electric circuits it is cheaper to expand the station on the outside, and not on the inside. My plans include just another Core-I-Base (at max maybe Core-II in the far future) just behind the first Core-II-structure for storage rooms only. It shall be called "DHC-Aluminium-Storage" and look similar to the Freeport-12 construction site, but nothing quite so fancy. Since that technically counts as a new base I have already deposited 50 mio Cr into the account of the RFP|Arsenal via the ship "TheTinman".
Hoping for your approval.
