• Short biography: I grew up in a middle class family and received a good education. After saving and a small loan from my parents I got my first ship and went out in the vast depth of space to explore and make my fortune. At 27 I have now become very wealthy and feel I should nurture the roots of the tree I came from.

I have made money and I would like to join a faction. I love Freelancer but I am not a massive fan of roleplaying, though I can do it. I am not part of any faction and I would like to get into the military side of the game instead of just trading and mining.

• Any useful experience and qualifications: I worked as an escort for freighters and transports during my years as a freelancer.
  
• Motivation for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces: I could not sit meekly by and watch how my brothers and sisters die in a war against Gallia and others. It is time for me to fulfill my duty as a Bretonian.
  

• Short biography: I was born on Planet Leeds in 803 A.S to a middle-class family. My father worked for a shipping company Border World Exports as a transport pilot. He was killed during a pirate raid when I was 12. His convoy was ambushed by several bombers and fighters. After a short time the convoy's escort (consisting of hired freelancers) fled the field of battle and left the transports in the hands of pirates.
  Years later after finishing school I took a loan so I could buy a ship of my own and to become a freelancer, mainly operating in escorting transports and freighters, to ensure that every pilot or crew member under my protection gets home safely.
  Unfortunately the rest of my family was on Planet Leeds when Gallia launched an assault on my home planet. I do not know whether my loved ones are alive or dead.

Sadly, without a "home" faction it's really tricky, and the game can become quite boring without friends. Furthermore, when I logged into the game a few weeks ago, I met a guy named Thunderer who really helped me in the beggining and asked me whether I'd like to join his faction called BAF|.

• Any useful experience and qualifications: Bretonian Armed Forces Pilot in Leeds for 2 years, Ship mechanic and a few years surviving the harsh independent systems as a freelancer.
  
• Motivation for joining the Bretonia Armed Forces: To push the Gallics back to where they came from and extend our home around the south east of Sirius.
  

• Short biography: I was born in Planet Leeds in 798 A.S. I grew up following my goal to join the Armed Forces and serve my Home, standing proud. I finished my education at 20 years and spent 2 years patroling, extingushing pirates that were a threat in leeds. Life was good until the Gallic Royal Navy came in and pushed us back to New London and fully taking our system, but for me, me and another pilot were pushed to the magellan system where we were on the run, not just by the GRN, but the Pirates there as well. I was the only one to escape alive, and went to exile around the Independent systems. I spent a few years as a freelancer; trading, escorting and destroying pirates like my old days as a Bretonian Pilot.
  
  A few year later since my flee from Bretonia, I realised my life goal and that my life will not be great when im surviving in the Border Worlds. So i headed back to New London and bought myself a stronger ship that is eligible for Bretonia, and help my home and defeated the Gallic Royal Navy that took my home.

Any useful experience and qualifications: Graduated college and university. Became a fully qualified engineer for nuclear reactors. Completed basic fighter and bomber training as well as pilot of a percheron transport.
Motivation for joining Her Majesty's Bretonia Armed Forces: To protect the people of Her Majesty The Queen. While fighting back the Gallic Royal Navy threat.
Short biography: From a young age, my parents always were very inspirational towards me, always told me to put myself first but to protect my loved one's. My mother was a paramedic at the local hospital, while my father was a engineer in nuclear reactor. Nuclear reactor's that were based to power warships. He took me under his wing after I graduated college and then university and then he sent me off to completely my flight school to become a fully qualified pilot. This was after some years working along side him, rebuilding, working on nuclear reactor's for engines. Then the gallic royal navy force's entered Leeds and everything changed. Pilots where called to fight, and I feel it is my time to join the fight and protect my loved one's , and the one's who have fallen protecting us.
