Good day!
My name is Jaina Wheeler and I contact you for Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing, based in Bering. With the lawless state of the Freeport and the system in general we would like to be more autonomous about our daily supplies especially in regards to food.
Our installation mostly sorts and refines some of the salvage in the area. And of course we have our own small salvaging operation so it is also a depot. While we sell the metal and other parts to mostly everyone, the food production should be for our employees for the most part.
Could you let me know what you need of me to create a quote for a sufficient food production on site?

Miss Wheeler.
Pleased to make your acquaintance. I appreciate the fact that you've reached out to our organization regarding food needs, and I respect your desire to reach for autonomy in food production - a laudable goal for any outpost of repute. We at Synth Foods would be more than pleased to assist in such an endeavor, however, there are some minor logistical hurdles to get over.
First and foremost, unfortunately any and all trade into Bering is restricted by the Republic of Liberty, although we can see about that being...amended. As it stands, we'd likely be able to move supplies through Rheinland's border either way, as I doubt the Republic is much interested in a flashpoint incident on the border once again. Secondly is the issue of Bering itself - the Alster Union are no good bedfellows of our company, far from it, in fact. They harbor many of the same ill will toward our employees that the Landwirtechtbewegung movement did, and they have the resources to apply pressure where the LWB couldn't. It's nothing our security cannot handle, but it is worth noting - cargo insurance and up-armoring are not cheap affairs.
With those out of the way, I should note that Synth Foods, Inc., would still be more than interested in pursuing such an endeavor. I would simply like to note the hazards going into such an arrangement so that there is no, ahem, let's call it "sticker shock" when the contract is finalized, yes? As for a quote itself, I cannot promise anything concrete until our Bio-Engineers™ perform a thorough inspection of your installation, but please do feel free to browse our product catalogue in the meantime. The most likely candidate will be a custom arrangement pulling design cues from multiple of our most successful biodome models, so don't feel too hamstrung on their requirements.
If you'd like, the Synth Foods Security Vessel Harvester will be in the region throughout tomorrow, and I'm sure they would be more than happy to ferry some of our engineers to your installation to perform a thorough inspection, with which I can report back to you with a proper quote and tentative contract. Do let me know if you have any further questions, or if this plan of action sounds agreeable to you.

Good day Mister Stevens,
I really know what you mean. We have our own issues in the area and are in a way a bit... forced to trade with the people so we don't get attacked. So to us the local area is currently not as hostile as it might be to you. We'll repair anything we can here for free should anything happen. And the few escort craft we have will be assigned to your convoy in Bering while you work on this.
Maybe we can convince either local group to instead escort you because you assist us. But I really can't guarantee anything here.
I've looked through that catalogue too and I believe the Mark IV... b? would be the best considering the volatile area. We can't really risk stray shots destroying our food supply. I believe we would need two? Or rather two would suffice.
But I'd really rather your team would look over our installation and help us pick the right product. You can see the plans for further expansion then so all construction can go smoothly.

Miss Wheeler.
I'm Rebecca Lansing, Bio-Engineer for Synth Foods, Inc., and supervisor of all of our western biome operations - which, on a coin toss, includes your new prospective contract for Bristol Depot in Bering. I was recently able to stop by your operation earlier today due to the help of our security team, and conducted an appraisal of your currently available space, resources, and needs. I'll try to keep things brief.
First, security. As my boss's boss's boss stated, we've got pretty good security teams but they aren't miracle workers, and they're not a paramilitary. Even today we came across a Lane Hacker hanging outside Bristol, who was dissuaded from doing anything criminal purely thanks to the Harvester's heavy cannon. Because of the concerns, I've had to work a clause related to possible piracy or loss of cargo into the contract. I hope you don't mind.
Onto business proper. I've identified that the entire population of Bristol at-capacity will probably be in the realm of eight hundred to one thousand, two hundred souls, and as such we'll need to offer food production, oxygen recycling, and water recycling to that effect. Because of the status of the Bering system and...well, let's be frank, it's probably going to be shot up at some point, we'll want to implement our armoring systems as per the Mark IV(b) that you pointed out earlier. For my formal recommendation, then, I would recommend two up-armored biodomes to handle all your needs, as that adds some redundancy and reduces the transportation and construction costs. The Mark IV(b) is a bit too small on its own to handle your population, however the Mark III(d) is relatively sufficient. A slightly upsized pair of the Mark IIIs, with our Mark IV(b) armoring, then, should be what we're looking at.
For your perusal, I've completed a draft contract based on the concerns raised and the rough material, construction, and shipping costs for two of these domes. Should you find it agreeable, we can move onto the finer points of the contract, as well as discuss a location for handling the materials. Typically, we use an in-place installation to handle the material shipments, and then move them during construction to the installation in question. However, with Freeport 2, well, the way it is, and the lack of any other suitable installation in the system, this will bear further discussion for an alternative drop-off point. Regardless, you may find the draft below:
Planning: Synth Foods Bio-Engineers will be dispatched to [Bristol Depot], where they will work in-tandem with your own logistics teams throughout the entirety of the construction process. At this stage, they will work alongside you to plan out the best location for your chosen biodome solution, and work to implement it as to your exact needs. This process can take up to seven days.
> 20.000.000 s.c.
Construction (2.000 s.c. per): Shipping contracts will be delivered as early as the Planning phase, detailing a list of materials that are required to construct the planned installation. While Synth Foods will automatically handle such deliveries as part of their construction contract with you, taking on part of the shipping responsibility either directly or indirectly through your own hires and affiliates may result in a contract price decrease. Those individuals that may be operating an installation in a restricted zone or outside the traditional legal or territorial boundaries may wish to designate which shipping contractors they or Synth Foods may hire for this project, which should be made clear during the Planning phase. This process largely depends on the speed of delivery, but typically takes between seven to fourteen days.
Integration: Once all deliveries are made and construction has begun in earnest, the lion's share of the work is now done station-side as our Bio-Engineers work to integrate the in-construction biodome(s) with the rest of the vessel. Depending on various factors, this process may take a large portion of time, anywhere between fifteen to ninety days. The cost of construction will be directly derived from the perceived time required to complete such integration, and part of our Synth Foods™ promise is that any delay not caused directly by any form of contract breach or fault of the contractee will not be penalized by additional fees.
> 40.000.000 s.c.
Sub-total: 250.000.000 s.c.
---------
Leasing: After Integration, the Biodome product(s) should be fully functional and tested. At this point, maintenance contracts if necessary will be negotiated, as well as sowing of the first crop of the customer's choice, free of charge. Should the customer choose Synthetic Agriculture as their food source of choice for their Biodome product(s), leasing contracts for Synth Foods Bio-Engineers and the requisite equipment to process Synthcrop will be negotiated as well. Otherwise, final checks will be made to the structure before it is turned over entirely to the customer.
To be determined based on customer's choice of agriculture.
Insurance: Due to the unstable nature of the system's security in question, the customer agrees to insure all cargo shipments against piracy demand or destruction while traveling with contract cargo inside the systems of: Texas, Bering, Hamburg, up to the value of 5 million credits per shipment.
I hope you find this to your satisfaction, and please, do forward any further questions or any illumination on the delivery installation issue to me as soon as possible. We look forward to working with you further.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Lansing

Good day!
it's been unexpected that we couldn't begin this project in the timeframe we had imagined. Bristol Depot is now finally in a position were we can guarantee the processing of this project both financially and from a security standpoint. A bounty board has been prepared to ensure support and we're ready to purchase additional support.
We can assist the shipment of the necessary resources with our own fleet, hopefully not only cutting off cost but also time from the construction.
Please let me know if the estimated costs will not have changed by more than 10% and we'd like to start at your earliest convenience.
