Kaye Brutus was born in Manhattan in 805 A.S, she had a fairly decent and normal early childhood, however, around 818 A.S, when she was still only 13 years old, her father and mother both lost their jobs. They worked for a private company that developed high-tech gear such as standard flight suits, protective gear, full body armor, handheld weapons and more. The business was open to any company and/or freelancers willing to make business with.
There was a huge controversy over some rumors that the business executives of that company were affiliated with the Lane Hackers. The Executives ran away and left their workers with nothing but a bad reputation and no means to provide for their families.
The Brutus' family was in a dire financial crisis after the scandal. Luckily, Kaye's older brother Mick Brutus had just finished his major in Tactical Combat Flight and was able to land a job at Universal Shipping Inc., one of the most powerful and profitable companies in Liberty, as a Security Officer.
Kaye's parents couldn't get any job because of the unjust bad reputation they had, so their only source of income was the credits that Kaye's brother sent from his work in USI.
After Kaye turned 16, in 821 A.S, she enlisted in the Flight Academy to take the same major as her older brother: Tactical Combat Flight. She looked up to her brother so much that she wanted to follow in his footsteps and become the greatest combat pilot ever.
That same year, her brother Mick, who had already saved up a confortable ammount of credits from his work in USI, temporarily left the company and came back to Manhattan "full time" to help the Brutus' family get back on their feet and secure a stable income.
The Brutus' decided to create their own "gear production" company, afterall, that was and still is what Kaye's parents are specialized in. To make that dream possible they had to clean their reputation and have a lot of credits to invest.
All 4 members of the family worked tirelessly towards that goal. Kaye was giving her all for her family business while still focusing diligently on her studies in the Flight Academy.
In the beginning of 826 A.S (5 years later), Kaye finished her major, and her family has succesfully made a good name for themselves and her parents are now thriving in their very own company. As a gift, for her graduating in the Academy, her parents gave her a full set of Flight Equipment personally made for her, so she could use when she starts flying in space like she entusiatically wants to.
Not long after Kaye's graduation, her brother Mick, rejoined the Universal Shipping Inc. and went back to space. She is excited that she finally has the chance to do the same as her brother.
Kaye has never forgotton the financial tragedy that took such a toll on her parents, and she has held a grudge against the Lane Hackers ever since - even though the information regarding her parent's old company's dealing with them was never confirmed and were, legally, just alegations.
That grudge along with her dream to fly around the whole Sirius galaxy, made her think she might fit well with the Interspace Commerce. A very wealthy company that travels the whole galaxy.
Kaye is ready to face any challenge that comes her way. Her confident personality and high aptitude in combat flight will surely make her a force to be reckon with.

Biography:I was born on Manhattan in 767 to Christopher and Janice Palmieri. My Father was the second officer of the Battleship Unity and my mother was a transport pilot for Interspace Commerce. I attended University at Cambridge from 785-803. While completing my doctorate, my parents were both killed in the Nomad War. After graduating i returned to Liberty and was employed by Synth Foods for 22 years. I was chosen to command a research vessel for Synths Terraforming branch for the last 2 years.
Why do you want to join Interspace Commerce?:Now that Synths Terraforming branch has completed its task and gone defunct, it's time to find new employment. As I have already has business relationships with Synth, and Universal, I've now come to you.
Biography:Born and raised on planet Houston, where both my parents still live, my aim was always to become rich. The lecture given by an IC executive at my university, fueled my desire even more. Soon after graduation, I bought my first freighter, and went into business as a trader. The money started coming in, but not as fast as I wanted it to. I invested in bigger ships, but it still wasn't enough. That's when I realized, I needed the right connections. I needed leverage. And what better place to get that, than Interspace Commerce, I thought. I made the necessary adjustments, and joined their secondary fleet, and things started to change. New ports opened up to me, and new deals were struck. Life was good! Some places were still unavailable, though, and I want access to those aswell. That's why I'm asking to join the primary fleet of Interspace Commerce. I'm prepared to do what it takes! I want to get rich!
Have you ever been sanctioned?:Sort of... During a PoB siege in Cambridge a long time ago, we were all in the same group. Hessians, BAF and Kusari Exiles. We were all sent to Omicron Lost as punishment, and all our gear was unmounted.

I can mine any minerals and transport any legal cargo.
Biography:Greetings, I would like to introduce myself as James Habersham. I was born on Planet Erie, Pennsylvania, on March the 14th of 785 AS, merely three years after the intervention of the LPI to step in and reduce the crime rate on the planet. As my parents were of Zoner origin and of economic business proffesion, while they were happy that the crime rate was reduced making the markets more stable, they were very quite displeased with the sudden increase of corporate police. They were afraid they were going to take away their way of living, their freedom of choice, and the chance to grow their own way, not controlled by corporate mega-giants. Certainly, Erie was still capitalist like the rest of Liberty, but not in the way most corporations would have it. But as it would have it, it were the Liberty officials and inverters like Interspace Commerce that actually saw the benefit of Erie's free market system and made investments to make this planet more prosperous and obviously still make a profit of it in return.
Because of how things went down, my parents were still hesitant of the situation, but their fears were atleast calmed. So overall I grew up in a middle-upper class family where my parents became Interspace employee interplanetary bankers. While it was a comfortable life, capitalism is still a cut throat market where a single mistake could turn your fortunes to ash. But fortunately, because my parents were employed by Interspace, they were given the education they needed as bankers to avoid such things, and turn most if not any situation into a profit. And from them did the knowledge trickle down onto me. I already was starting to understand at a young age just how important money was, both as a commodity, as a means of survival and many more applications.
So skipping a few years, I passed elementary school in 798 AS with flying colours with a speciality in mathematics. After that I enrolled into high school, specifically the business and economics track. Overall, while it was certainly more challenging then my previous education, the results I delivered where still of high esteem. And so I got my high school certificate in the business track with high ranking marks in 802 AS. My parents were proud of me to have a son this capable with numbers and money and rightfully so. If I kept this up, I would be able to land a job amongst them in no time. But... honestly... I liked my parents a lot, they thought me a lot and were willing to pass their functions onto me (if Interspace allowed it of course) as interplanetary bank owners. But I wanted more, bigger, better. I had proven my capabilities so far, why not shoot for the stars and go for heights not even my parents reached. To get the knowledge and capabilities of an Interspace Commerce Arbiter.
So I enrolled into Planet Erie's Edinboro University for the Interspace Arbiters education track. While the recruitment agents did found it slightly strange that I wanted to join the Interspace Arbiter track to become a travelling banker vessel / travelling bank loan lender, the Arbiter skill still would absolutely be applicable as such, and with my high scoring diploma's I was accepted into the the Arbiters track at the university. My parents were a bit dissapointed that I didn't want to stay with them and take over their interplanetary Interspace bank, but were still proud of me to go for the gold to get myself Arbiter certified.
And so forth, nearly had a decade passed. The year was 810 AS and in two years came the final exam. I could do either do of three things and these three things could be done on the day of the exam or even before if requested AND proven successful. The usual exam like any other school exam, be deployed into an actual financial dispute between companies or factions and solve the problem while also getting a profit out of, or make an actual market invest in stock or other way and make a HUGE profit. As the person I am, the basic exam was too low of a standard for me, and talking disputes seemed very dull. As the son of a banker family, my goal was to provide the means to others, so that through them, I can profit the most off of their profits. And so, and opportunity arose.
Tensions were rising the Tau sector with conflicts happening between BMM and the IMG for mining rights. BMM was known to be a power house and power hungry and certainly had the outright wealth to bribe their claim on the system. But to them that was not an option. And on top of that, the IMG actually prepared a solid legal case against them, having learned from their mistakes not having pressed harder when they could have claimed Newcastle. To have a solid case against a pridefull opponent unwilling to bend over, and already having most of the Tau-23 territory in pocket, the IMG could have claimed the system and make big profit on their own without hindrance of BMM. So I could have put in an investment so that they could build extra facilities in return for a percentage of the profit.
But then in 812 AS in my exam year, then things got interesting. Apparently, Kusari intended to support the IMG case. And the Bretonian Queen did not like that and to put it lightly, was quite pissed off. But this moment gave me a brilliant idea. Many people would shy away from this option as many would consider it unethical, but honestly it is just regular part of the business. The business of war. Considering that Kusarian fleet had more ships, more experienced fighters because of the war in 800-801 AS and just had better ships that were also quite expensive, I made a deal with the exam commission that my exam would take place in my war investment for Kusari. I mainly would finance Samura, as they were the main suppliers of weapons and ships for the Kusarian fleet. It was risky business, lady luck is quite fickle and my own build up fortune could turn to ash, but I did not attend the Arbiter track just to make failing investments. I did so, because I intent to make the correct investment for profits.
And so the war began from 813 AS and going full blown in 814 AS. And the Kusarian side was making progress and winning. Having taken control of Tau-31 in early 815 AS. But sometimes to win, you need to lose a few. In late late 815 AS, for some reason Mollies helped build a minefield around Planet Harris, denying Kusari a valuable prize. But even so all in all. The major victories for Kusari sky rocketed the market stocked for Kusarian companies and already paid back the investments I had made and even made a good profit. On top of that, the contract accepted by Samura paid HUGE sums of profit money back considering how many ships were lost and new ones needed to be build because of the failed battle of Harris. And of course, since the IMG did back Kusari, from them via Samura did I also recieve a share of the profit of their industry left undisturbed in Tau-23. I had turned my investment into the huge profit I promised to the exam commission of the Arbiter track at my university. I now had the official Interspace Arbiter diploma, even if I was rather going to use it banking purposes.
And so things kept going to years of 820-821 AS. Kusari had entered Leeds and even nearly conquered it. And it was here that I decided that pull out all my stocks and investments and leave rich. Think about it, rebuilding costs a lot more they destroying a building. So if I was to stick around after Kusari had won, it would eventually started to cost money of the profit I had made. And just as much a Lady Luck can be a fickle lady, so can she smile when things are right. Because I pulled out at the right moment. Only a few months after I had cashed in my profit, angry french people in battleships started to pour into Sirius, and annihilated the Kusarian fleet. Certainly dodged a bullet there, because these sudden french people didn't seem to intent for just conquering, but something more sinister so I avoided them with any financing.
Obviously, later came the Kusari civil war in 823 AS. The Imperial Fleet was exiled by a new Republic, but many people of both middle and especially rightwing Kusari did not like that. So once again Kusari was at war, but at a smaller scale. Since the opinion of the Republic was rather low with the exception of the left and Kishiro, supporting the Imperials seemed like the right call. Once more did I sign a contract with Samura, but this time a smaller once since the expected losses of the Imperials were actually small. Most of the Kusari navy was with them fighting Bretonia at the time, leaving little military assests back home. So chances were that ship building profits were slim, but atleast I could profit of the retaking of planets and get a share of the Imperial treasury flow. And so in 825, the Imperials were victorious. Got a good sizeable profit out it as reward for having supported the Imperial line.
As of now here in 826 AS. Currently at the moment, since there aren't major investments to make, I decided to go for something smaller, more so for myself rather then for a profit, since I have more digits in my digital wallet than I would bother to count. I decided to invest in an new but VERY promising station just 6K outside of Kyshu. The Hoshizora Travel Company. The owners seemed very ambitious and had both the ships and materials make this station happen. And so far, the Kusarian government has already granted them their first Blueprint upgrade. Right now, all preparations have been made and presented to the government for a second blueprint, but because of bureaucracy, they haven't responded yet. In the end, I still intent to make a profit out of this new vacation company, but like I said, this one project is just for myself. War business is tough business after all, and I too want a well deserved vacation.
So, to whoever just read my application, I hope atleast that I did not bore you with my story, and that you consider me as a valuble asset as an official Interpace Commerce Banker.
If not, well... again I hope atleast then that I did not bore you with my story.
Other then that, I wish you all a pleasant day,
Sincerely,
Why do you want to join Interspace Commerce?:It was not a matter of why, but when I was going to join. Can't really get myself hired if I don't have a good portfolio now, can I? And now with a proper list of my track record, I think it is finally time to join the official circle, rather then being an independent but aligned Interspacer.
Biography:
I was born on FP9 and lost my parents in the Nomad wars. A long time has passed
since then. After a basic school education I hired on a freighter where it's captain
became my mentor. Soon I piloted my own freighter. You could call me a veteran when
it comes to transporting goods and supplying anyone with anything.
Over the last years I have pretty much done everything one can do.
From escorting transports to piloting transports to mining to transporting
specific cargo on request within House space to the Edge Worlds and back.
I'm seen when I need to be seen and invisible if the job demands it.
I have worked for the Junker Congress and for the OSI in the past. Unfortunately
I was forced to drop of the radar for a while due to some trades, which went horribly wrong.
Why do you want to join Interspace Commerce?:IC has a good reputation and seems to be very stable. I've met members in the past and the organizations was highly recommended.
Why do you want to join Interspace Commerce?:Good folks to fly with, looks like a decent roleplay oriented group of players. Just what I'm looking for.
