Subject: RE: Request Commodity
Dear Mr. Hunt,
Thank you for your confidence and continued business with Bowex. I am pleased to report that delivery of the requested materials has begun.
However, it is with regret that I must contact you with some concerns over the terms of your proposal. My colleagues report two difficulties which have been ratified by a careful review of our shipping manifests.
First, it seems there has been an oversight on the part of the Durham Production Facility dockmaster's office. In contrast to the terms communicated above, the BMF ground crew insist that they are only authorised to purchase Armaments at a maximum of 2,000 SC/Unit. I am sure this is a simple mistake—a case of crossing the i's and dotting the t's, if you will—but I would nevertheless greatly appreciate it if you could address this inconsistency with your team, or issue a revised proposal to our offices for accounting purposes. Considering the paperwork and licencing inherent in the import and sale of a military commodity restricted under Bretonian law, may I be so bold as to recommend the former?
Secondly, we have encountered difficulties in securing an adequate supplier of the requested Quantum Arrays. I have learned from my staff that Detroit Munitions no longer supplies these commodities—at least not in the bulk quantities we need to satisfy the terms of your order. Our administration office is hard at work searching for an alternative source; Caenarvon Station in Poole is regrettably a Gateway-owned enterprise, who refuse to permit entry to Bowex transports despite us being a legitimate Crown asset operating on behalf of another, yourselves.
As a result, I believe our only options to source Quantum Arrays lie in the far reaches of Honshu, Kusari, resulting in either extended shipping routes via Liberty—an uneconomical route due to distance alone—or with heightened risks by traversing the war-torn and unstable Tau borderworlds, which is still an increase in overall distance when compared to the current proposal. To this end, for the benefit of our employees, I must request a review of your payment terms for this item.
Please let me know your thoughts and recommendations—perhaps you know of a better alternative source of Arrays which would benefit us both. I await your favourable reply.
With best regards,

The correct price has been communicated to our dock masters,
Regarding the needed licencing our legal department informs that:
-The acquisition of the refereed licencing is of the solo responsibility of the hauling corporation, to acquire these licences whenever a contracts deems its necessity,
-The contracteur (BMF) will support all costs related to this Licencing process, although this request needs to be made by Bowex) to the Government.
Referring to the second point, and given the difficulties reported consider it canceled, given the Tau volatile situation we whill commend this task to our Fortisec fleet.
