Agent Solandros,
While we cannot directly provide the Order with cloaking device batteries, I believe there are a few Junkers that take up residence on Rochester Base that still owe me a few favors. I'll reach out to them and see if they'd be willing to set some aside for the Overwatch. As for the Nomad detection technology, we would be happy to exchange knowledge.
Now, about the training. What do you have in mind? Perhaps some training runs in Omicron Minor?
As for the Core, I'm not going to lie to you, we do actively maintain relations with them, but the conflict between the Order and the Core is not our concern. We will not aid either side against the other.

A Dark Horizon
Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
You have our thanks for reaching out on our behalf, Rochester will work nicely
as a pitstop should the need arise for our operatives in the field.
Regarding the Core, the Overwatch acknowledges the 5th's neutral stance in our conflict and
appreciates you making it clear you wont train your guns on us the moment they show up.
The Overwatch will return this honesty by adhering to the same principle; should an enemy of Liberty
show up that the Order is trying to maintain ties with, we will not engage the 5th fleet either.
Some training runs in Minor would make for a fine start and emphasize the threat of the Nomads.
I do ask that, if we proceed with this, that you please instruct your troops to act with the utmost respect for the dead
while we're in the system. Omicron Minor is a graveyard to the Order, we have lost many brothers and sisters in arms in its defense.
The destruction in the system is a solemn reminder of what we fight against and what awaits the houses if we do not wipe out this scourge.
Please let me know if and when you would like to start these drills.

Agent Solandros,
The Fifth Fleet cannot express well enough our condolences for all of the losses sustained in Omicron Minor. Our pilots shall act with extreme respect for the courageous Order pilots that paid the ultimate price in defense of humanity. If they do not, they will answer to both of us.
That said, our readings say that the earliest the jumphole from Liberty space to Omicron Minor will be phase-aligned will be next Sunday. Even then, we won't have many places to dock and resupply. With the Overwatch's permission, I would like to bring one of our Atlantis-class assault carriers to Omicron Minor via our experimental jumpdrives as a mobile resupply unit for the duration of the training missions.

Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
Your words do you honor and you have our appreciation for the recognition, it is rare in our line of work.
Resupplying will be essential, especially if we were to do more of these combined patrols. The Atlantis class carrier is clear
to jump to Minor without objection from the Overwatch. Please be advised that the astroids and wrecks in minor are particularly
inhospitable to capital vessels. It will not be as manouverable as you might hope.
If possible, I would like to request our vessels be allowed to make use of the opportunity and resupply on the ship as well, should
the need arise. Additionally, I'll be requesting another Order cell, the Legacy of Orillion, to join our patrol.
I will be upfront with you, the Overwatch and the Orillions don't always see eye to eye about methods in dealing with the Nomads,
or other percieved threats, but I believe we cannot afford to be divided.

Agent Solandros,
On behalf of the Fleet, I would like to thank the Overwatch for the experience we gained during the patrol of Omicron Minor. To see in person the absolute devastation of Toledo following what I saw just a few days prior to our patrol makes me more determined than ever to make sure that the Nomads are defeated, once and for all.
As we discussed briefly, we would like to exchange a number of snubcraft, namely your 042D "Bastet" Heavy Fighters for an equal number of our BDR-804 "Guardian" Very Heavy Fighters.

Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
The tragedy of losing Toledo is beyond describing with mere words, but it is heartening to hear it can still serve as a beacon to unite
people against the Nomad threat to our very existance, even in its ravaged state.
Flying together with the 5th| was quite informative for us as well, a good sign that there is solid foundation for cooperation.
As for the ship exchange, the Overwatch has considered your proposal and is willing to exchange five of our Bastet Mk2 Heavy Fighters
for five of the 5ths| Guardians. This amount seemed appropriate, it would allow both of our organizations to form a single wing
of these vessels for training so we can become more familiar with how they handle.
That said, flying one of our ships is vastly different to flying together with us and I have no doubt the experience would be the same the other way around.
I propose we set up several instruction courses for the others pilots so as to help them get accustomed to the ships faster.
This would have to be far from prying eyes of course, but I'm sure we can find a location that suits our mutual needs in that regard.

Agent Solandros,
I feel that I must express my most sincere apologies for the late response, but I believe we have found a suitable location for the in-space training exercises.
Several months ago, the jumpholes to the New Hampshire system became misaligned, and we have been working nonstop to regain access to the system, however all of the probes we have sent in have not come out to our knowledge. Lucky for us, one of our old hyperspace beacons in that system has switched back on. We don't know why, and we don't know how. I will personally take the Antietam and attempt to open a hyperspace breach to its location, and if all goes well, we should come out in the New Hampshire system and be able to deploy a newer beacon.
I believe this system should serve quite nicely as a training ground, as I believe the Fifth are the only people with the codes to the beacon.
If this is to your liking, we will commence preparations for the jump immediately.

A Dark Horizon
Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
Your apologies are unneeded but appreciated, I'm sure your work in Liberty keeps you busy.
The proposed location sounds promising, we accept your offer.
Additionally, the Overwatch has asked me to propose we expand the arrangement to include
a light fighter from each side as well. So in addition to the previously agreed upon vessels
we would offer an Onuris for a Liberator. We believe the Liberators smaller frame will help us
navigate more stealthily in area's like the Toledo Graveyard without being detected or disturbing
the remains of our fallen brothers and sisters in arms.
As a sign of good faith we will ensure the Onuris is properly kitted with our understanding of
Libertonian tech, as well as outfitted with all the luxuries an admiral would expect.
Should you accept, of course.

Agent Solandros,
Following a lengthy discussion, the Admiralty has deemed your proposal acceptable. The exchange will take place following the first training exercise at the coordinates that we previously discussed.

A Dark Horizon
Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
My commendations for your performance in flying a Bastet MK II's during the training session,
not many pilots can adjust to the swift responses of its controls in such a short amount of time.
I have been told Grand Admiral Golanski was particularly impressed. In the cockpit of the Onuris
you will find a personal gift from him, I hope you will appreciate the gesture.
Rest assured we will take good care of the five Guardians and the Liberator you provided, additionally,
we will adjust their appearance as well to make them look more dated. Should they be detected they will
no doubt be assumed to be salvaged so no links can be tracked back to the Liberty Navy.
I suggest you have your men do the same to the Order vessels in order to keep up appearances.
That being said, I must admit we were very impressed by your Atlantis' ability to carry as many snub vessels as it did,
such a feature would be highly desirable in the Omicrons during our expeditions. As you've seen yourself during
our patrol in Omicron Minor.
Considering you brought up the idea of exchanging snub vessels, and our cooperation so far has been fruitful, if I say so myself.
How would you feel about doing something on a, lets say, larger scale?
