You'll be expecting an update on one of our projects we're cleaning the mothballs out of as soon as our two new agents are done with their recovery mission on securing important data and hardware.
In the meantime I want you to look about guiding a rekrut we found salvaging where she wasn't supposed to. Take her under your wing and give train her up as I did with you... Bring her onto the Venom project if you feel she'll become an addition to the research and prototype teams. Just don't scare her, she's fresh blood.
Her name is Emily Burton

Acknowledged, the designs for VENOM II should be released soon, we've taken samples from Bounty Hunter, Core, and Outcast weaponry to narrow down which would be the best fit. I will put this under a higher level of security since the potential of these guns will be greater than the VENOM I. Their flexibility for different pilots and scenarios will make them much more feasible.

Pack your hazmat gear. I'm assigning you on a task with the recovery team for a new toy you'll get to play with. This is a priority mission for the BDM...
A few weeks ago one of our agents was assigned to a basic recover and salvage mission, take some time to read up on their report. They got the digital schematics and the research data from the test ship but right now our next step is to recover the crumbling husk, while its probably contaminated and damaged beyond reverse engineering, it's better to keep it away from prying eyes.
Get it back, and I'm sure we can get it cleaned up and repaired to its original or an improved condition as I'm sure it will make a fine addition to your research portfolio.
Good luck.

The final stages of preparation for the VENOM II are underway. There are two ways we can go about doing this however, a recent discovery might change our options:
Option 1: Follow protocol, a moderate refire/highly efficient weapon.
Option 2: A particle pulse accelerator.
You did read that correctly, the particle pulse accelerator cannons we've observed in the field wielded by battlecruisers could potentially be modified and drawn back to fit on fighter craft. The sort of "pellet spread" if you will, would make them more effective against heavier fighters and gunships. With a skilled pilot they could almost certainly be lethal against fightercraft as well.
The recent collapse of the Military's central body has driven me to mention this. As it stands your orders are on the primary list, the weapons are scheduled to be made as option 1. However if you would like to be creative we can move towards option 2. A potential medium for both would be making BOTH with the accelerator cannons in place for bomber weaponry. The choice is yours. Blue prints will be drafted once I have external weapon samples to mold into the VENOM II.

Follow protocol, We already have too many prototypes on the line and unfinished projects are racking up. We need to move multiple projects to the manufacturing stage right now or we'll be sitting ducks and savaging weapons again from DHC security fleets and RM reserves. So we're going to have to go with option one, we need our equipment line up and running.
Get phase 2 of project VENOM in gear, we need to adapt the weapons for either particle or neutron fire, if need be, contact the outcasts for equipment of such since they might owe us a favour or two and will help us get the ball rolling on something adapted for the Krahe prototype's power core... Just don't reveal too much information to them.
First Krahe ships will be rolling off the line shortly, you get first pick and please don't try to paint your name on it, the stealth coating is expensive.

Never before in my life have I had to deal with being overwhelmed by my nation's military. I served for six years, all of which was denounced by a bunch of mercenaries, terrorists, and the aid of our new "Military Regime". I can't reach my brother, god knows what's going to happen to him if they find out who I AM too. My place on Holstein has been detained by the "Imperial government"; and, I cannot finish the VENOM II since all our sample work IS ON MAINZ!
I know you warned me of this months ago, but there was no steady buildup of anything pertaining to this, this happened overnight. I went to bed one day; I could continue our work, I could reach my brother and my place. I woke up the next day, and it was like a bad dream.
Only it's real. Something or someone, no, some PEOPLE have been planning this for a while.
Anyways, excuse my ventilation but this has ruined my life and spat on everything I've fought for.
There is an alternative project I've been drafting up, one that - given our current situation in inaccessibility to everything - is far more "simple" than everything else. It is known as the " A-NEUROTOXIN" (I gave it the name) I think you'll be interested. I have also developed several new arms and have investigated tweaking the properties of chemical weapons we've otherwise prohibited. These were designed for nomads, I was going to sell them to the Core after I ran the permissions by you.
The A-NEUROTOXIN was canceled on my accord, it is a cruel and unusual weapon. However, given the recent change in circumstances, I will re-open the file for you to view.

We're pulling out everything we have in an effort to survive against this onslaught, we're getting news of successes across the northern regions of Rheinland so maybe we might get some good news of your Brother. I know you're concerned about your property on Holstein but that isn't something you can run back to right now because its more than likely a trap waiting for you. You have to know that our line of work can feel like a kicked over table at any point, which is why you keep a gun and a few mags ready to use whenever... At least I know do.
All we do know right now is that yes, Mainz was a loss and we calculated it to be such after Republican shipping (ironic as it is called) removed our contracts not too long ago, We've come to the decision to reconsider the classification of our Planetary fortress of Weimar to be no longer restricted. We're moving a large amount of civilian, government and regrouping military elements to the planet in essentially a resettlement operation. I'll be making several contacts later on today when I'm not out in space fighting these Imperial dogs in an effort to broad out supply lines and thankfully we can do so without government interference... You project is Greenlighted, we need our own weapon systems to arm the federalist fleets with. Hopefully we can start manufacturing our own vessels like we've been planning to for years.
