It appears despite the rather uneasy non-limited access in Bering we've allowed is being taken advantage of. Mere minutes ago one of my pilots had caught and pursued BCV Anchorage across Liberty before losing contact in New York. Inside the hold was little over three thousand units of artifacts. After attempting to stop the vessel for it's cargo, the ship fled, deliberately cutting trade lanes to avoid authorities.

For fleeing Harmony fleet personnel, smuggling a large quantity of artifacts, disruption of Liberty trade lanes, and failure to obey Harmony personnel orders, I am fining Anchorage, and by extension, Bristol Constructions 25 million credits to be paid to H|-SNS-Harmony. Visual proof is required, along with a very thorough explanation as to what this pilot was doing.

Attached is first contact and evidence of smuggling.

Good day Admiral,

I'm really sorry for the confusion and the problems. I am not sure why the captain didn't stop.

I'm sure this is all just a misunderstanding. A wrongly picked up container I'm sure. I have no idea where these artifacts came from. We of course don't buy anything of the sort nor do we know where to get any.

So I hope that we can remedy this by an immediate transfer of the fine. We- ah put some extra too. This really won't happen again I assure you.

I will have a security detail go through the ware houses for any unregistered containers.
