"Velvet Officially denouces the GCA group as a terrorist organisation that does not reflect the Zoner peace and neutrality. Velvet is a believer in peaceful cooperation as much as possible. We are a self-defence force for anyone who wishes to go against the Zoners, but we are not aggressors we are peacekeepers. That peace is being threatened by the GCA. The GCA has also been rumoured to be helped by the Enclave, a militaristic Gallic group that recently threatened all Zoner administrators, Zoner business and indeed Velvet and we shall work closely in obtaining anymore proof of this worrying allegiance.
We also have experienced that the GCA consider us, as bystanders during the Gran Canarian incident. Our official position is that, we do not approve of what happened at Gran Canaria however at the time Velvet was not a Zoner group, we did not exist during the Gran Canarian incident. A few of our membership did, but our wounds are slowly healing from what has happened. Our cooperation has allowed us a large parcel of land on Gran Canaria/Planet Exeter known as Ambrosia. Velvet officially is welcoming any Zoner group or persons that wish to develop on this land to contact us.
We have also in negotiations secured the promise of a official recognition by the Government of Bretonia that Gran Canaria is a second official name for Planet Exeter. We do not want the history of the planet to be erased, we want the sacrifices by all sides to be recognised. A memorial to the Zoners that fell at Canaria shall be built within Ambrosia.
