I'm more concered that i havent seen a Rheinland Imperial ship yet, why did'nt this just run the seppie material in to another point aswell like Thuringia and the demolition charges could be supplied by the Federalists aswell. Supposedly the Federalists are helping them and this would make Rheinland interaction on that side possible too.

Because this is Separatists+Hellfire vs Liberty Navy and LSF event.

Normally on the events we have competing ID's (ID's that are allowed to do the event) on this we have nothing and lets also remember Rheinland still has rights to the border system connected to Hamburg, so maybe events should be more clear in the future, especially when they are mentioned in the scenerio.

This event is 100% clear. It's Separatists+Hellfire against LSF+LN. It's Liberty centric event, taking place in Texas and Bering. Event commodities even have big red text to signify this is event for Liberty.

Anyone can, and indeed anyone has been, participating in trade or combat actions, as per the normal on-goings in the area. There just aren't combat bonuses for other IDs, which is perhaps a flaw. This event is LN+LSF+HF+Sep-centric, but it isn't Liberty-exclusive, being on the border.

Clarifying this again for posterity's sake: you don't get points or scores for ships in invalid systems, or that successfully managed to dock. Dying your own mines is an issue if it was intentional, not if it was incompetence; if you believe a case was intentional in order to deny payouts or points, submit a report.

The PVE bonuses were also broken in Texas, but should now be fixed.
