Good day,
Mr. Boles,
More progress has been made than originally expected. The old core has been fully removed and is currently being examined as to what was done to it to cause it to have such a lack of power. So far I've gotten reports that whoever owned the vessel before you, attempted to do several illegal modifications to it and eventually did permanent irreparable damage. What was done, I do not know at this time, I was just made aware that whoever did it, definitely did not know what they were doing.
On to the more important bits. The new power core is fully installed, and an initial power surge was done to ensure that the core was functioning correctly. As the back of the ship is currently being rebuit, we have further tested the core to ensure that it will do exactly what you you expect out of it. After all the test we've deemed this this new power core should not cause any problems for the foreseeable future, other than routine maintinance. My engineers will show your ship engineers what all needs to be done so that they can properly maintain this power core so that it can outlast the rest of the ship. One of the things we did notice however, is with this new power core, we've learned that the gasses and "afterburner" effects, are a different color than your old power core, I do hope this is not a huge concern to you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, but I do believe in the next 48 hours, after final testing, your ship will be flightworthy, once again.

President Burke,
I'll admit I'm not the most mechanically minded individual. Whatever needs to be done regarding the afterburner is certainly a-okay in my book. I've been eagerly observing your engineers work throughout the process and no doubt my chief engineer and his team will be excited to learn from the best as well. As we are so close to project completion I have spoken to Accounting and had the remaining 120 million credits wired, Reference Code # K8KDB9T3THPD2C54QFWM6XNC
Regards,
Captain Boles

Good day,
Mr. Boles,
I just wanted to let you know my CFO has confirmed the remaining payment for the work, and we appreciate the early payment!
If you haven't noticed already, your ship has been completed, and all systems have been tested and came back 100% functional. She is ready for her maiden voyage, and we believe you should be at the helm, instead of our test pilots.
My suggestion, don't go easy on it. Show it what you're capable of!
if anything goes from with the flight, let us know, we will run through all the systems again to see what happened.
I hope you are satisfied with DSE and the work we have performed, and hope to see you and other Orbital Spa and Cruise ships with us again!

President Burke,
The Captain is busy at the moment but I wanted to take the chance to thank you and your team for the wonderful job that was pulled off. There won't be much maintenance needed in the short term I'm sure. But no doubt my team is ready given the excellent training we received from your expert shipwrights.

Hello Charles,
As part of our customer satifaction program I am contacting you to inquire if you and your crew are enjoying the modifications made by our engineers and that all is working fine and dandy. For us at DSE it is not only important that things work right, we also value the satisfaction of our customers and for that reason I am contacting you.
Should you have any questions or issues regarding the upgrade of your vessel I wish to invite you to bring her in for a quick after-upgrade check-up. This way we can both ensure the flightworthiness of your vessel as address any issues which may have been found after her voyage from our shipyard.
My apologies at the lengthy wait in reply. Unfortunately Captain Boles is no longer in command of The Stagecoach project here at Triton. Happily however I was chosen as his replacement and am pleased to make your acquaintance. My name is Brandon Bancroft. While I have had to quickly learn the ropes so to speak of this rather unique vessel I am pleased to report we haven't encountered any major issues so far. I have grown rather fond of the vessel over the past few months and I hope to see her along for a year or two longer before reentering retirement. As always Orbital will remember our friends at DSE should we encounter anything beyond the scope of our capabilities.
Faithfully Yours,
Captain Bancroft
