It's still there, they just moved it. Darlington Atmosphere System has been deleted, the Nomad City was moved to F1 in Newcastle. We can still do things to it, but we need either about 30 Invincibles with pulses, or 4-5 Invincibles with full Ion Cannons. I think the latter is more realistic, but it will cost about 36 billion credits for 5 Invincibles with 9 Ion Cannons each.

The rich corporations of Bretonia can contribute especially the ones that manufacture for the Crown

I've been reading through all this and have seen some respectable ideas. In reality, Bretonia should be in some sort of recovery mode after a grinding war with Kusari and then an even worse war with Gallia which pretty much made Leeds useless. No one can save a glassed planet so anyway....
Bretonia has PO'd a lot of people and groups. They took Aland shipyard from the IMG and Cariff has been long gone. Perhaps conflict with the IMG refuels both groups? I'm sure IMG and BMM would have some fun shooting at each other in Omega 3.
The Zoners. Omega 49 is all I'll say about that.
Now, for the big one. If Bretonia started beating it's war drums in the direction of Crete and channeled all of it's anger at the people they truly hate, the Corsairs, can you imagine the fun that might be? It would breathe life into the Corsair factions as I'm sure they would like a piece of Planet Sprague and raiding Planet Cambridge. They are old enemies with much hate toward each other and some of the battles I've seen over 12 years in this server have been absolutely epic.
House warfare is indeed boring. Bretonia could get plenty of fight time dealing with enemies of old who have been around forever. Along with the Corsairs, the Mollys and Gaians are still around. The Crown may have liberated Edinburgh but I'm sure the Gaians will have something to say about it. I think Bretonia does better with it's own internal problems than fighting with other houses. Just some food for thought.

I would love to see IMG as friendly as it was a long time ago to Bretonia but other than that, Agreed @Doc Holliday
The Corsair war could bring a very GOOD activity too... but as you said, Bretonia needs recovery indeed.

A bit stuff what we can take from planets infocards and make at least more news and/or RP trade events.
Planet Carlisle POPULATION: 50 Thousand
ALLOCATED MIGRATION: 1.5 Billion
Tropical nightmare where temperatures at the equator never drop below 60 Celsius. Dense, humid jungles and rain forest, several native creatures that consider humans to be good eating. The planet has significant deposits of aluminium, titanium and gold, and radium.
Hello, it is Gaians/Green party/Eco Party we see that creatures from Carlisle want to kill refugees and Bret Army/Police/hunters kill it in reply we don't like it so here riot/rallies/protest at least in news.
Hello, this is again Green party/Eco Party/Riots/eco-terrorists we don't want second industrial hell like Leeds so we will fight against futures mining operations. So we again bring riots/rallies/protests.
So yes we can reuse event stuff from Rheinland Civil war like Riot Control Gear because I dont think everyone in refugee camps/cities will be happy.
Some time ago Texas sell survival kit for Federals in Munich that too be reused but seems Bretonia have enough stuff that he take from GC before leave or because she buys it in silence from other houses?
+ I am not a specialist at food production but seems Planet Cambridge can produce an infinite amount of food to cover any chance of starvation and cost rising? Why we don't saw that someone at least tried to make more money by rising food/medicaments cost for refugees at Carlisle and was caught because it bad.
We can get at least more one more news post/or small riot which based on internal Bret stuff.
Infocard from planet Cambridge say that Green Front(Eco party) can only talk about how bad the situation with ecology at Cambridge.
Cambridge harbours a large portion of the Green Front party members and offices, with a majority coming from the professors and students, as well as a number of vociferous researchers and local aristocracy.
Green Front majority coming from the professors and students. Students - young men and women who really active IRL and easy join to riots/rallies/protest. WHERE ECO TERRORISTS? You want say that each human who lives in Bretonia is good and followslaws?
For me, if I don't missed something it looks like:
1.5 Billion refugees arrived to GC and 1.5 Billion leave GC without any incidents like bad Privateers/pirates tried robbery ships with refugees/0 laners was losted. And each refugee satisfied. Crowd that panics its dangerous if you don't know but again seems everyone quietly sits down in their seats in the ships.
So we miss a good trade event with refugee evacuations from GC like was in Leeds. With civilian traders who take refugees and navy traders or others wtho take Bret military equipment to Newcastle.

While refugees fly away at ship from GC/Leeds they can start panic. Ship guards(in space or at cosmoport) can try to calm down them and we can get sad incidents with death.
Some bad guys/contrabandists/or just thieves can hide among refugees and try to take ship and crew or cargo because while evacuation in the process I think military transport can take equipment and refugees at the same time.
Refugees from ship maybe don't want to fly to Newcastle and again they can try violently takeover ship and fly to Manchester/Liberty/Sol but they were caught by army/police what or accidentally destroyed or another sad or not sad end for them.
And almost forget since IRL because peoples feel them self bad. They can drink alcohol or if even worse they can take drugs so:
Hello this is CNS and here our sad news about increased dependence on cardamine among refugees.
And here 1 simple thing by which you can understand that your friend is a drug addict:
