Good day!
I am aware that projects that we worked at together have been sparse in the last months with our resources being very much bound in operations.
With the salvaging operations in Bering slowing down we are looking to resume or begin some planned operations.
Both of them I can only imagine the DSE as a reliable partner for so please can you take a look?
As a start we applied to the Liberty government for mining rights on Planet Hallam. We have no experience with ground based mining and while we are not sure if you do we would still like to hire your assistance in setting up the installation both in orbit and on ground.
In addition to that there has been the careful inquiry how much general maintenance for trade lanes would cost our company. Initially that would be for Bering as we're not certain how much longer the government will maintain the lanes there. Later on we'd be interested in this for Hallam.
That would be project one for project two we looked at Cortez. We identified a profitable zone for mining and a depot at your construction site toward Coronado. We would like to construct a depot close for both ice and varius Tau bound goods. If you are interested in assisting us we would be willing to in turn share storage space for the construction site with you.
Please let me know if I can count on your assistance and what this would cost our company.
I apologize for the delay in responding to your transmission. As I am sure you can understand, the relocation of Chesterfield Station to Texas required a significant portion of my time.
Planet Hallam is something we are aware of as having resources that are able to be mined, however it is not something we as Deep Space Engineering are particularly interested in as we have our resources focused in the scrap fields in Texas.
We are able to provide teams to assist in getting Bristol set up on the Planet - including infrastructure - for a small fee. I will also offer our services in trouble shooting and assisting in correcting any issues you may encounter should you require these. For these services, we will require a fee of 50 million credits.
While we are able to maintain trade lanes, I am sure you are aware of our limitations in constructing these without cooperation with Ageira. As it currently stands I have not heard anything about the Liberty or Rheinland Governments abandoning the lanes in Bering. However, if this does become an issue in the future we are more than happy to maintain these. Should you wish to take over the payment for maintenance here - you may need permission from Ageira and the Governments in question. However, should this become reality you can expect an invoice every quarter for 10 million credits for these services in Bering.
While I would love to offer assistance in creating the facility in Cortez, I cannot guarantee we will be able to complete this structure from the ground up. We are however more than happy to help ship commodities necessary and assist in the construction of this as you require. The fee for this can be discussed as you require each commodity.
I hope this is able to answer some of your questions.

Good day!
this is all wonderful news! Please if you could prepare everything necessary so we can start talking details about the installation on planet.
It's very exciting and we have already rented storage within Pennsylvania to move this ahead as fast as possible.
There still is the matter of actual mining rights on Planet Hallam. Mister Hawthorne of the Licensing Center informed us that any and all mining rights within Liberty must be purchased from the DSE. So please, as the DSE is not involved with the Planet, can you draft us the cost, preferably for exclusive mining rights on Hallam?
Please let me know what accounts are to receive the fee for the mining installation and the eventual mining license.
We are beginning preparations of the equipment and facilities you will require for use. Once we have this in order, we will transport these to site when they are needed.
As for mining rights on Planet Hallam; Should you wish to purchase this from us outright, we will happily accept a one time payment of 200,000,000 Sc, payable to DSE)Accrued.Interest . Should you choose to go down this path, Deep Space Engineering will hand over all mining rights to Bristol for any resources found on Planet Hallam. If you wish to take on a lease for this, we will require a monthly payment and a percentage of all profits made through any resources you sell from the planet.
