I hope you are doing well in these trying times. While I am aware such conversations generally continue on with pleasantries for some time, please allow me to get straight to the point:
With the Core presence in the Omicrons at an all time low the Order would like to propose utilizing this chance to start a military exchange program.
It is our belief that this is a natural progression on our established relations and the scientific cooperation already underway on Damascus Research Station.
In addition to a mutual increase in military experience, we also hope this will further secure the Coalition as a whole against Nomad infection after recent events.
Should you be interested I recommend both the Order and Coalition start drafting plans for the contents of this exchange program.

Your offer for hardware is well appreciated, the Order should be able to reciprocate in kind.
However I imagine Coalition technology is quite different from Order technology, it wouldn't be much good in our hands, or in yours, without proper training.
As such I urge you to reconsider our earlier proposal for a military exchange program;
based on your interest we could have the program focus on utilizing each others hardware to some degree?

The Coalition is ready to work with Order at any level, and I don't see problems.
All that we need is time while our people study to work with each other hardware.
I am aware that we have a few typhoons in Omicrons. Their mission here is to collect intelligence data about Core movements.
But I can temporarily relocate them to one of your bases, where they will take orders crew to show how everything works.
At the start, the hybrid crew will work slower, so I don't think that they can do something dangerous than patrol missions.
Of course, we are also ready to exchange experience in the construction of ships, and probably in other areas.
We also have a problem with which only an Order can help us.
Due to an incident in Omicron Beta, we have some fear that someone or something maybe can infiltrate us or already entered our ranks. SCEC was compromised so we can't fully trust their checkups.
This is why I want to ask you for assistance. Since it may create a leak of important data or even technology.
Right now Commissariat deals with this problem, but they don't have enough experience in such questions.

Your concern regarding potential infected in your ranks is well warranted, if only the houses took the Nomad threat half as serious as you.
We can provide you with scanners and other security devices to help secure stations and important on-world structures.
Stations however, considering they have limited docking abilities, are far easier to protect than a planet, and even then the countermeasures are far from full proof.
Please consider these devices an augmentation to your existing countermeasure procedures, rather than an unavoidable obstacle for infected.
Should you desire we can spare a few agents to go over your current countermeasures and look into any potential improvements based on our own findings.
That said I feel I should mention the Omicrons are starting to get more dangerous as of late; something seems to have riled up the Nomads.
Knowing them, probably the Core overextending again...
We'll keep you informed of any major developments should it compromise our ability to contain the alien threat.

We are ready to receive your specialists. Yes, I understand that it's hard to protect a whole world. But since we are a closed community it may at least reduce the level of possible danger in the future and make contact with traders and travellers safer.
Our main fear is that they can get into our army and sabotage our defence. Since many of our pilots work alone on different missions.
And if your high command is interested, we can offer our docks for your needs. Or make some discussion about the transfer our ships to you. I hope one of these variants will help you deal with a new threat in Omicrons as a return service.

Extra hardware is always welcome in the fight against the alien menace, I'll have a logistical convoy head out to deliver scanning equipment, the operatives escorting them will be able to show your men how to install them, as well as go over any countermeasures for potential improvements as previously mentioned.
Please let me know where the equipment would be safest to be delivered, it is essential they are not tampered with by a potential infected before we even have a chance to set them up after all.

A fitting location indeed. The convoy has departed under the leadership of the Ba'al and should be arriving soon.
As discussed several staff are onboard that will be able to help show your people how to install the devices and how to transport them securely.
I trust accomodations will be arranged for our countermeasure advisors? I imagine going over the plans the Coalition already has in place will take several days at least.
