Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Lillian Olson
Age: 20
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications: West Point Military Academy, Officer Candidate School
Why do want to join the Navy: To forge my own path.
Biography: Born to a wealthy corporate family on Planet Denver, Lillian was known to be lazy in high school. She was most certainly not lacking in intelligence, however she simply did not see any fulfilment in academia, nor following in her family's footsteps and going in to some form of business or enterprise. She found it dull, boring, unengaging. Sure, it had its challenges, but they were not to her taste. Instead, she enlisted in West Point Military Academy, much to her family's chagrin. She found herself most comfortable in the snub simulators, and enjoyed competing against her fellow students in this arena. As she progressed in to real life training, she began to find a particular joy in a dogfight, and lived for the joust. Now, at the end of her training, she looks forward to beginning her career in earnest, having found that one thrill that she had been seeking throughout her childhood.

Mister Baxter,
Your application has been reviewed by High Command and it is my pleasure to announce that you've been ACCEPTED into the Fleet. We have deemed it appropriate, based on the nature of your degree and your previous working experience on the Mississippi, to begin your career at the rank of ENSIGN, giving you a head-start over the regular recruits while at the same time giving us the time required to ensure that you are a fruitful addition to the Fleet.
With the rank that you currently hold you are able to join the Merchant Marine division immediately. I will handle the paperwork necessary to ensure the smoothest of transitions for you into the Fleet and the division of your choice.
Once your things are packed and you are ready to move out, please report to Rear Admiral Upper Half Samantha Brown - myself - at the Fleet's Headquarters, Salt Lake Station, New York system. I will assign you to your quarters and appoint you to the personnel and he installation itself. Details of your next moves will be discussed in person, however any questions you might have can be answered to, you need only reach out.
Last but not least, I will momentarily handle your access to the private sections of the Fleet's neural-net page. Please ensure that you're up to date and understand everything.
On behalf of High Command,
Welcome to the Forty-Sixth Fleet, Ensign Baxter.

Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Captain Alice Shepard
Age: 35
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Applcation
Qualifications: West Point Military Academy graduate, dutiful service within 5th and secondary fleet, warship Captain & battle hardened by participating in the Gallic War and the scouring of Bering. Shepard has the knowledge and skills to keep her status as a Captain and a leader.
Why do want to join the Navy: Most of my career was spent in the 5th Fleet and I have learned much from them. I had decided to step back into the Secondary Fleet to hone my skills and train new recruits that were going to be sent off to various duty stations across the Republic. Being here for a few years I have come to the realization I miss being back in an active fleet and am looking for an opportunity to within the 46th to not only learn but grow as a leader.
Biography: Alice grew up in a poor residential area on Los Angeles, her father working a double down the street at an old mechanic shop and her mother worked two jobs to help with putting food on the table. Alice always had dreams of adventuring out into space, but her parents were never very supportive, believing that she wouldn't be able to pursue her dreams due to their financial status. However, Alice was determined and once she graduated High School she would go down to the Liberty Navy Recruiting office and asked for an application. In her mind, the only way to achieve her dream is to enlist. Her parents were against it, knowing that serving in the Navy could result in losing their daughter to war or the criminal element in Liberty. Alice made the choice to serve and she made the best out of it.
After years of training in the Secondary Fleet LibNav Admiralty had decided it was time she took command of her very own battle group and assigned her to the L.N.S. Vermont where her training would continue on. Shepard served with the 5th Fleet and has seen action in The Gallic War, and the Scouring of Bering.
More information on Shepard and her warship Vermont can be found Here

How long have you played Discovery? : Around 8 years.
Have you ever been sanctioned or banned, if so why : once almost five years ago
Please Answer these quick questions to make sure you are familiar with Liberty Law.
1.Please name 3 restricted areas in Liberty : Alaska, zone-21, Virginia (some areas within)
2.Name 4 major big contraband items that are listed in Liberty Law : Cardamine, Slaves, Blood diamonds, Black Market Munitions.
3.If you spot a ship carrying Naval Equipment (guns) what would you do if their ID is not Navy : I would inform the pilot of the issue and try to help them. If they refuse I will start rp consequences. Normally ships using lib nav weapons without the ID are new players so scolding them to harshly can deter them from our server.
5.You have stopped a Trader carrying Cardamine, what do you do with this individual and why : Cardamine is illegal, I will have the pilot drop their contraband and issue a Fine. All assuming the suspect is compliant. Should they refuse or attempt to run more lethal force can occur. I would also inform the Liberty police Inc. Now I try to be a bit more lenient when it comes to smugglers. Depending on how they act inrp I can have them drop their cargo and send them on their way. Fining them and having to drop cargo can be a huge bummer.

Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Montgomery 'Monty' Bartlett Jr.
Age: 20
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Applcation
Qualifications: West Point Military Academy graduate, Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering
Why do want to join the Navy: I come from a military family, service to Liberty has been a tradition in our family for generations. I want to continue on the Bartlett family legacy and protect Liberty against any threat, foreign or domestic.
Biography: I was born on Houston, though I couldn't really call the place home. My father, Monty Sr., was a captain in the Liberty Navy. He served as a squadron leader with the 75th Fighter Wing that was based in California fighting Rogues on the fringes of Liberty Space. I was born just before his squadron shipped out. Pa was definitely one hell of a pilot, almost became an ace during the war actually, scored himself four kills before they pulled the 75th out. After he came back he was asked to serve as a test pilot for some experimental fighters that the Navy was working on. His luck must've finally ran out at that point thought. During a test flight the engine on his fighter flared out and he crashed just short of the test field. They managed to pull him out, but he lost his right left in the incident and suffered a multitude of other health issue afterwards. He'd survived but his flying days were over. However, my father continued to serve for a number of years afterwards in various other positions until his health finally deteriorated and he was forced to retire. He passed away a few years ago now, just before I was accepted into West Point.
Now I know I haven't talked about much about me just yet, but I though it was important that you understand who my father was to understand me. The Bartlett family has had a long history of distinguished service in the Liberty Armed Services, and my father was no exception. He always told us kids that we had an obligation to serve and be a part of something greater than ourselves. Hell, home was almost like boot camp the way he ran. From a young age I remember how important it was for my dad to prepare us to serve. Since I was young enough to remember, Dad had each of use involved in some kind of sport. When I was 8, dad had me taking mixed martial arts classes to learn self defense. I must've done pretty good for myself because I was always competing in tournaments, even when I was at West Point. I guess what I'm trying to say with all this is that I've been groomed and prepared by my father for this moment to serve, and I've no desire to disappoint him, or the men and women I'll be serving with. I aim to serve Liberty with all my heart and continue on with the Bartlett tradition.
