[FLHook] /shop remove command clears players cargo

Bug: PoB /shop remove command clears players cargo of targeted commodity.

Wanted to clear my PoB's storage of Hull Segments. Purchased one unit from PoB. Used /shop remove # command to clear PoB's storage of Hull Segments, so it would be ready to create a brand new listing of HS with same price. When I went to go sell that 1 unit to the base, it was gone. Flew to closest HS sell point, picked up another unit, flew back to base and as soon as I docked on PoB, it's gone.

I tried reproduce the bug:
Logged in as base admin.
Bought full cargo hold of Hull Segments from the base.
Entered command: /shop remove ##
Commodity Hull Segments was removed from the base shop list.
Commodity Hull Segments disappeared from ships cargo hold. (Cargo Space status shows no change. Still full.)
Undocked.
Commodity Hull Segments appeared in the ships cargo hold. (Cargo Space status shows no change. Still full.)
Docked.
Commodity Hull Segments disappeared from ships cargo hold. (Cargo Space status shows no change. Still full.)

I also tried with Pristine Ice. Same thing.

Following does not fix the issue:
Undock/Dock
Relog
Dropping the cargo and tractoring it back.
Leaving system and returning.
Docking on NPC base and returning. (Cargo is shown when docked on NPC base though.)
Docking on different POB and returning. (Cargo is not shown when docked on different POB.)

Following fixes the issue:
Restart Game.

I've seen that multiple times even unrelated to deleting something from the store. My cargo would simply not show and I had to relog or even restart the game.

Client side cargo overrides can bug out sometimes, currently the workaround is to restart the game. A fix would be pretty difficult to produce and the workaround is simple enough.
