How's it going?

I am Rick Tiltman, Arbiter of the Junker's Congress.

Due to the recent cataclysmic Jump Hole Phasing Event our previous home, Puerto Rico, has been made inaccessible and as a result Inverness, specifically Invergordon Salvage Yards, will be where we will be making our home, at least temporarily. I must emphasize we are not invading and we wish you no harm, as a matter of fact I hope we can make our relationship profitable. This is simply me reaching out to the locals to inform them to our presence and hopefully nip any animosity in the bud.

In case you are unfamiliar in how Junkers tend to operate as a rule of thumb I make it a point not to tell people their business and I expect the same in return. If you ever need anything we are extremely resourceful, you might be surprised at what people just leave floating around in debris fields.

I do hope most of your fellow spacers made through the cataclysm safely, that was a terrible thing to behold as we were cut from so many communities. As You might know, We have been operating from our research compound for quite some time already and living with Your faction as our neighbors has been quite and uneventful in the best manner possible. I believe We can continue it that way, no problems, possibly even manage some beneficial barter in a later date, but that I will leave to our leader. As We mostly try to stay away from regional politics and mind our own business In hopes that our presence is tolerated, I think no thumbs shall be twisted. As always, Godspeed
