Bonjour, Monsieur Allard,
The reception of the funds have been confirmed. The three required evidence you have linked seems to have some issues, but by virtue of this message, they have been checked and confirmed legitimate via the Neural Net. The installation's construction plan has been approved without further ado.
You can proceed with your plan for your modular station as you wish.

Bonjour,
I wish to inform you that Fort Lune has changed hands around two years ago. In that time it has been completely re-modelled and retrofitted and serves as the Headquarters of the Gallic Navy Combined Fleet. We request you update the registry and request waiving of licence fees as they would be coming from the Union's budget regardless.
Base name: Fort Lune Base affiliation: Gallic Navy. Base owner(s): Gallic Navy Combined Fleet. Base role: Gallic Navy Combined Fleet Headquarters. Base system: Location remains identical. Reputation with the Gallic Navy: We ARE the Gallic Navy. Is the base already running?: Yes, retrofits are complete. Do you plan on subcontracting the resupplying of your base? If yes, to whom?: The Gendarmerie are tasked with the supply and protection of all Naval bases, this is not an exception. They are supplemented by Gallic corporations from time to time.
The application sent by an administrator or representative of the modular base as a separate communication in Permits & Licenses must be filled according to the template, providing all required materials, such as proof of good reputation (no less than 0.3) with the Gallic Navy, system and purpose of the deployed station, licence length sought after along with a processing fee of 200,000 paid to Gallic.Union bank account.
Each licence request will be open to Gallic Law Enforcement, Corporations and Unione Corse for recommendations, concerns, input and approval where one is required.
